Monthly Rentals in Karabağlar

I have to say right off the bat that the overall five star rating is very well deserved. Our host, Mr. Kubilay was in touch before the start of our journey. He gave detailed instructions and both hosts were waiting in person to welcome us. Mr. Kubilay was kind enough to help me with the bags to the apartment. The apartment is exactly as seen in the photos. It is very clean with all the necessary things for a longer stay. The beds are very comfortable and all of us slept soundly. The location is great with markets right down the block. The neighbourhood is very lively and we had a great time walking along the sea front promenade most evenings. We commuted with the tram most of the time with the station a 5 minute walk from the apartment. There is a taxi stand down the street and cabs to Basmane train station cost around 250-280 tl. If we are in Izmir again, this would be our preferred place to stay.

It was a pleasure to meet Tülay and to stay in her home. She was very responsive and proactive, always making sure I had what I needed and helping me with ordering a taxi when I left. Her home was comfortable, spacious and a relaxing place to stay. The location was convenient to walk to a large shopping mall and metro station with quick access to the airport.

Great apartments nearby by metro station, but quiet and peaceful. Apartments was clean and nice, building is new and modern. Location is super, 3 min from metro station and 7 min walk to Izmir gulf. A lot of nice restaurants around. We spend nice holidays with family, thanks the host. It was one of our best vacations in Turkey. Total recommendation.
