On 90 square meters there is a spacious living and kitchen room with partially open roof truss, a (children's)bedroom, a bathroom and a guest toilet. In addition, a generous sleeping loft. Over the courtyard of the house it goes into the garden - it extends to the Schlei. You can swim and relax wonderfully at your own jetty.
