Monthly Rentals in Kantia

Our stay was in total quite good and the apartment was as they described it to us. It is fully renovated and especially the bathroom is very very good. The kitchen was very well equipped with utensils and raw materials for cooking such as oil, but pepper, etc. However, the space is not well insulated at all, so it is difficult to sleep at night since the neighbor stayed until 02:00 in the morning on his terrace and the speeches could be heard in the room. The door also has a window that can't be covered so light gets into the room and it's extremely difficult to be able to sleep on the couch. The couch is not at all convenient for sleeping as you feel the irons underneath. The neighbors smoked from the morning in so you couldn't open a window as the smoke came in. The internet also has a serious issue as speeds are minimal to non-existent.

We were very well received. The charming owners are discreet and available if needed. They gave us fresh figs, delicious eggs and vegetables from the garden. The house is well equipped, you can cook there easily. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. There's a very wild side where you can swim naked and a more coveted side with umbrellas and sun loungers accessible for free. Coffee shops and restaurant by the sea are a 10-minute walk away. Beautiful place.

This was our third stay at this house and it's always nice to go back. Communication with the owner is very good and he is very responsive (we contacted him for a wifi issue, it was fixed in an hour) The neighborhood is residential, so very quiet, the beach is a 3 minute walk, there is a large courtyard at the back of the house to park the cars and the apartment is well equipped. We'll definitely be back next year

We had a wonderful time at Ilias's. The house is comfortable, we slept very well. The garden is fabulous: the trees are sublime and our 6-year-old boy was thrilled between the treehouse, the soccer field and the swings! A quiet beach is a stone's throw away and we were about a 30-minute drive from Epidaurus, Tyrinth and Mycenae. A real slice of heaven! Thank you again to Ilias for all the kind touches upon arrival :)
