The house was built in 1914. The spirit of the villa is a bit like a detached house and a cottage in the countryside. The personal log house is like the story of Pippi Longstocking, not everything is completely finished - but the atmosphere is atmospheric. Spacious 100 m2 bright apartment with private parking lot. All services within walking distance; shop, post office, pharmacy and train station (50m). Easily for Helsinki and Tampere. You can hang out in the yard and barbecue. For a nature lover, jogging opportunities, and you can also swim in the summer. There's also a popular frisbee golf course. The restaurant downstairs is karaoke on Fridays and Saturdays, causing noise. The property can be rented for 10 people in a cosy outdoor sauna with a fireplace.

Heritage House, a lakefront home

A waterfront, city-side getaway. Conveniently, located, 11km (15min) from Hämeenlinna city and 5.5km (8min) from Hattula town. The waterfront is the Vanaja waterway extending from Hämeenlinna to Tampere (length about 80 km ). Nearby, 7 km (10 min) is the famous Aulanko Nature Preserve. This national monument houses a golf-course and spa. One of the main tourist attractions of southern Finland, is the Medieval Hame castle, constructed in the 13th century. It is 12 km (15 minutes) from the venue.

Petsamo Apartment is fully equipped, light and spacious upper floor apartment in a private wooden house. Two bedrooms and a big open space for kitchen and living room with two sofa bed. About 80 square meters, accommodates max 7 persons. Own entrance, free parking and free use of the patio with grill. Situated in green and quiet environment, 700 meters to the centre and 1500 meters to the railway station. Good train connections: 50 minutes to Helsinki and one hour to the Helsinki airport.

A cottage on the shore of a clean lake

Grandma's cabin by the lake for year-round use. I rent a cabin whenever I'm not spending my retirement there myself, you don't expect luxury. Wood-heated sauna on the beach. The cabin has an electric sauna with a shower. The cottage has a complete kitchen, communal appliances, toilet, washing machine and dryer, TV room with sofa bed, dining area and two bedrooms. One sleeping space has a double bed and the other has a sofa bed. Two grills and a dining table are at your disposal outside.

Villa Rauhala

An idyllic countryside leisure villa in Kaitamo. Kaitamo is located on the shore of Pintelee with good transportation, next to Highway 12 on Pälkäne. The house has its own driveway as well as a very large parking space. 3min walk to Pintelee by the village of Kaitamo. A 25-minute drive to Sappee ski resort. Excellent accommodation for a larger one than for a smaller group, and for families with children. Hot tub usage fee for additional price €50/accommodation.

Everyone has a bed in the bedroom and no mattresses are needed on the floors. The neighborhood is quiet, so a peaceful stay is possible in the best way. At the end of the house there is a rental apartment with a resident at the end of the house. Things to do every season and are surrounded by great outdoor terrain.
