Nice place to stay. Very friendly and helpful staff and also it has a karaoke bar in the same building.

Visiting for the second time and probably would come again if I'm ever around Kyoto. Great peaceful neighbourhood with a lot of lovely cafes run by locals for locals, insane value for the price, all amenities present: bathtub, lots of dishes, washing machine etc. Hosts are extremely responsive: helped me purchase an item on Mercari, took an Amazon delivery for us, lent us scales and screwdriver on demand and endured my poor Japanese all the time :) 13/10 would recommend :)

Perfect spot for Kyoto exploration! Yukari was very friendly, and it was amazing to be able to rent bikes.

Very pleasant stay, convenient🥰 transportation, convenient store just across the street!The room is tidy and clean, just for two people, one person will be more spacious!It is a little noisy (because it is by the side of the road) if the windows are open, but the sound insulation is also good after closing the windows!The overall stay was very comfortable, and I stayed here next time in Osaka!🥰🥰❤️

The apartment is clean and comfortable for 4 people. We appreciated the two bathrooms and the free bicycles which are really a plus! Takeshi was a very nice and proactive host, he replied very quickly to our questions and gave us very good suggestions. We recommend his apartment!

Warm welcome. Cozy, clean and quiet.Beds were so comfortable,we slept really well. The neighborhood is peaceful and the location convenient. We had a great time.

This is one of the best places we’ve found through Airbnb. Everything is as described. The size of the apartment is perfect for two adults and one child - European standards. The kitchen is just what we need for a light breakfast/lunch. The level of cleanliness was one of the best we have ever seen. The location is perfect, close to the metro, train station and several bus stops. The communication through the application was perfect, only at the reception there was a nice Japanese girl who was struggling a bit with her English but she was very kind and helpful. Overall great Japanese experience and would definitely recommend this place. We had a wonderful week in Kyoto and I am sure this hotel was a big part of that experience.

The beautiful and comfortable Homestay and heat dry clothes bathroom that I like a lot but if you are using JR , the nearest is JR train station is Enmachi then use JR bus. it’s quite far from the JR bus stop. Better use city bus.

I was very satisfied with the facilities compared to the price. The subway station is close, and the service is good, so it's unfortunate that you can only go for one night.

We stayed for 3nights and 4 days but i want to stay longer😊 Accomodation was very good, clean and had a comfortable sleep. The host also is very accomodating. Would definitely recommend this place if you are in Osaka.

Your location is the best. It is 35 minutes from the airport to Lafite and 5 minutes walk from the station to the house. You can get to Namba and Umeda by subway right in front of you without transferring, and it's very easy to visit Universal. It was nice to have a beer at Shinsekai in the evening and have everything right in front of Don Quijote, Daiso, convenience stores, etc. The accommodation was clean, and the bedding was comfortable. There was some noise outside at night, and the size of the accommodation was smaller than I thought, but it was suitable for a family of three. If I visit Osaka again, I intend to visit again.

We are four big and small, three rooms, the environment is good, the hygiene is very clean, the facilities are fully furnished, it is better to give a few more bottles of water, anyway, I highly recommend everyone to stay.

It's already my third visit. It's not too far away, and it feels like home.

I had a very short stay here, just one night, however it was an excellent experience. The host was incredibly nice, always responsive and easy to talk with. The check-in was fast and flexible and Koki was kind enough to pick me up from the ferry terminal late at night. The listing is very accurate. The dorm room I stayed in was very clean and quite spacious. The sanitary facilities were pristine and the kitchen and living room were also very spacious and kept clean. Overall, despite the short stay, I would definitely recommend this place and will stay here again if I'm ever to return to Maizuru.

Vintage hotel across the street from a white sand beach! Not a bad place to land at all when you miss the last Kumano Kodo bus. It was clean and comfortable and affordable with great water pressure and nice hot water and I slept so well. Couldn’t ask for more at this price.

absolutely beautiful, could not have picked a better place to stay, we watch the sun set from our balcony over kyoto it was magical, easy self check in and check out. room was clean, tidy and very well presented. we cannot wait to come back to japan and visit again. we wish we stayed longer here.

Great place if you're looking for somewhere comfortable and affordable to stay. The staff we're very helpful giving me all the details of the stay as well as accommodating early check-in which was very much appreciated! Also within walking distance of many great restaurants and bars, as well as the Kyoto Pokemon Center!
