Vacation rentals with lake access in Kanagawa Prefecture

It was my first time staying in an old house, but I had a very good experience than I imagined. The building was thoughtfully built and a calm space. It was well cleaned, very clean, and we had a very pleasant time. The interior is clean, the interior is arranged in a tea room in Kyoto, and the amenities are fully equipped, so I don't feel any inconvenience at all. We will stay there again next year. Thank you very much.

We had a very comfortable stay. I would love to visit again at that time next year as it seems to be cool and easy to spend in the summer months. The parking lot was the size that Sienta could park.

I used it with everyone in my class as a high school graduation trip.There were a lot of things to play with, such as the Switch, table tennis, darts, karaoke, and card games, and we had a pleasant time even with a large group.I took a lot of BBQ ingredients, but thanks to the very large refrigerator and freezer, I was able to store them safely and was relieved.There was also a small fridge in the rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors, which was helpful. Also, the host, Mr. Sugano, was very flexible and very easy to communicate with.The explanation during use was polite, and I was able to enjoy my stay without any major problems because they rushed over immediately when I had a problem. It seems that everyone had a lot of fun, and it was great to be able to use this facility for our graduation trip.I'd love to stay again when I'm in Hakone with a large group.Thank you very much.

Great location next to shibuya, cozy house with amazing bedrooms.

You have to climb a bit of a hill, but the beautiful traditional Japanese houses and gardens with rewarding climbs give you a different experience. The room is bigger than I thought, and the owner is kind in a quiet neighborhood.

At first, I didn’t have high expectations for the room, as the photos provided by the host looked quite old. However, after checking in, I was very satisfied. The house has a lot of character and is very clean — it looks much better than the photos. The facilities inside are fully equipped, and the surrounding area is very quiet. I highly recommend this room as it offers excellent value for money.

Eric’s accomodation is very clean and perfect for a traditional “japanese stay” in Tokyo. It is spacious and has everything you need: washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave etc. I truly recommend it! Eric is also easy to reach and the check in was smooth. Very good experience! 🇯🇵

The location of the house is located in the residential area, the break time is very quiet, the stay experience is good, the host is warm and will answer any questions, very recommended!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Angel's place. It was incredibly clean and inviting. We had numerous dining options as well as supermarkets nearby and only about a 15 min walk to the ocean. We would definitely stay again if we could!

Lovely home, it’s a fusion of contemporary and traditional Japanese style. Very comfortable and well kept. The place is very new, all the amenities are new. Love the tatami and the duvet is warm. The place is very clean and new. Definitely will come back again!
