Stjepko was friendly and a great source of information. The apartment is walkable to the palace and harbor. The parking was a definite plus! This place was perfect. Thank you for a great vacation!

As it has been mentioned by everyone else, this property is a flat out 5.0!!! Daniel has thought of everything. We've stayed at quite a few properties and without a doubt, this is the best one. Daniel has done a great job with the setup, furnishings and all of the amenities. If it's something you might need, don't worry...he has thought of it. We loved the warm greeting by Daniel and his father, plus the wine & snacks...a perfect touch. Also appreciate that the unit has both a washer AND dryer. We've been on a long trip and put them to use. The property is perfectly situated near great restaurants and literally steps from the harbour & old town. If you're planning on visiting Split, look no further. This is the property for you. Hope to make it back in the future. ❤️

Situated in a quiet road just a two minute walk from the marina and 15 minute walk from the busy old town. The apartment bedrooms, bathrooms and living room are all larger than they appear in the photos. Self catering was easy due to the large number of kitchenware and several supermarkets within 5 minutes walk. If you like forest walks, definitely stay up this end of town as it's so close to the wooded park peninsular.

Juraj's apartment is beautiful, comfy, and exactly as depicted and described. We especially loved that Juraj's apartment building is so close to Bacvice Beach! The bus station, port, riva, and Green Market are within a 10-15 minutes walk and so safe! Thank you Juraj for a great 9-night stay!

Perfect apartment, perfect host!

We had a wondereful stay at Žarko’s apartment in Split, It's right in the centre of the Old Town beside the palace, everything was within a 2-3 minute walk from us. The apartment had 3 well appointed bedrooms, 2 large shower rooms and a living space which fit all 8 of us comfortably. Beautiful views overlooking the city as we were on the 4th floor which may be something to keep in mind for less agile guests. Žarko made contact before we travelled with recommendations for excursions and local restaurants and was contactable throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this apartment.

The flat was very clean and beautiful. One of the best ones I have stayed previously. If you are driving to Split, I strongly recommend as the parking is next to the flat and the owner pays your parking fee if you give him your car’s license number. As I remember the cost was a bit higher than other places close to the old town but it is totally worth to pay a bit more.

We arrived out of season, but the quality of services is no worse: the apartment was perfectly cleaned, the kitchen with everything you need. There is a chair, a bath and a bed for children. It was too cold for swimming in the sea and for us it became a great alternative to the jacuzzi. On sunny warm days we enjoyed the garten with a view of the sea and even saw a dolphin🤩. And in the evenings we grilled meat on the barbecue. We were delighted with the apartments, we will definitely come back👍🏼✨

Tomislav was a great host. He was very responsive and willing to help with whatever question we had or with fixing anything that was below expectation. The only complaint that we have is that there were meant to be 2 additional “high quality” single beds to accommodate all the guests but they were actually air mattresses which would have been nice to know before. However, one of the two mattresses were popped by the previous guests and the team made sure to set up sheets on the couch to fit that extra person so we appreciate their effort.

The villa was absolutely beautiful & had everything you need. The photos don’t do it justice. The hosts were very lovely & even had baked goods for us when we checked in, provided information of local places of interest & allowed us to check out late. We had a car, which I’d definitely recommend as the villas abit out of town.

The house was amazing, my family loved it and the location was extremely convenient for day trips (avoiding the heavy traffic in downtown Split), and the private parking was convenient for 2 cars. The pool and hot tub were great, the Air conditioning kept the house cool in even in all bedrooms which is rare if you've traveled here before. Ivana was so helpful, and thoughtful, and the provided dinner was absolutely delicious. Our next visit to Croatia 🇭🇷 we will stay here again. Highly recommend ~

We had the most wonderful time staying at Patria Suite. The accommodation was perfect - luxurious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need. The private terrace and roof top pool are really special. However, even better than this were the hosts. We wish we could give more than 5* for this! All so warm, friendly and welcoming (but never intruding on our privacy - you would never know that they live on the lower floors, other than they are there to help when ever you need anything). They provided everything we needed for our 7 month old baby (even buying a new mattress for the cot, baby bath and toys especially for him!). The fresh fruit and vegetables from Damira’s garden are spectacular. It was such a special place to stay. The care and attention to detail from the family made this THE best Air BnB we have ever stayed in.

One word to describe Lila’s villa. Perfect. He’s thought of everything. Villa spotless . Pool beautiful. Garden areas providing sun and shade whenever you want it. Great selection of restaurants nearby. Importantly luka’s villa is in a quiet neighbourhood so no problems sleeping. Thanks for being a wonderful host. We will be back.

We had a lovely stay at Marina’s! The location is perfect, at 5 minutes there is the beach, the town with restaurants and 15-20 min to Split by Uber. When you rent all three apartments, there are her parents on the middle floor but they are very kind. Her father has even cooked/barbecued for us one night! Marina was very helpful before and during our stay, highly recommended!

Great apartment outside of the hustle of old town but easily walkable to restaurants, shops, etc. We especially appreciated the proximity to the Marjan forest park which was lovely to walk/swim/explore. We were only in town for one day/night and Dragana was kind enough to accommodate early check in so we could head to the apartment right from our ferry - and even left us some complimentary beer for our arrival! Would recommend and stay again if we’re back in Split.

Slaven's place was very comfortable, very clean, large and peaceful. Everything you need is there. The location of the apartment is great for exploring the split area and avoiding split plugs. Slaven is a very welcoming, very kind and very responsive host. I would recommend it 100%

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.

Another great stay at Niki's fantastic apartment. The apartment was really clean with everything you could possibly need. The couch & the beds were really comfortable. Within walking distance of the ferry, bus station, shops & cafes & of course the beach. Communication is always excellent & Larissa went above & beyond to accommodate our needs, she is amazing! I really recommend a stay in this apartment & hope that we will be back....thank you Niki, Larissa & Larissa's mum 😀😀

We couldn’t have asked for a better accommodation! We booked a workation for a team of four, and the space was perfect for balancing privacy with opportunities to work collaboratively. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed, from well-equipped workspaces to comfortable living areas. The location was also ideal, allowing us to enjoy the area during our downtime. Marko and Marija were responsive and made sure we had a seamless stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a productive and relaxing getaway!
