Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Kamen

Silvija's house is just perfect! We are a family of four, both kids are young adults, who stayed for 5 nights. From start to finish the communication was amazing, Silvija's cousin arrived to greet us and show us the property. We arrived early and the cleaner was still there, but we could leave our luggage and head off for lunch. The location of the house is perfect. There are a number of restaurants at the bottom of the street, along with a small supermarket. Then a short walk takes you to the heart of the old town and the palace. The property is also perfectly located for the Marjan park at the top of the hill after you have climbed the 97 steps, which we did every morning with the reward of an espresso with cream! All on all, the house, it's location and the wonderfully welcoming Split contributed to an amazing holiday!

We had a lovely stay here. Peaceful and beautiful location but within very easy distance to Split and beach by car. Marina was a friendly and generous host, always a text away for any advice or queries. She advised on easy parking in Split, favourite beaches, supermarkets etc The house was spotless and very well equipped. Ideal for families but equally for a small group - warm pool and jacuzzi, dining inside and out, badminton, table tennis, football goal and balls, swing. We picked cucumbers, peppers, aubergines, figs from the garden and collected eggs from the chickens. There were too many eggs so Marina made us Tiramasu with them which she brought over mid week when she came to make sure the pool was clean. Nothing was too much trouble.

We had a great clean place to stay The host gave us a lot of information about activities to do as well as restaurants etc ...and the apartment was very clean If there is one thing to improve it would be to change the bath towels which were a little rough otherwise nothing to say Thank you and we will be where to come back if we return to split

Frano always responded very quickly to inquiries. On request for additional baby beds and high chairs was received immediately and it had everything you could want on site. The hospitality of Frano and his family is excellent, we were provided with fruits and eggs from their property and Frano was always present and took care of the complex (pool, etc.). We were picked up by the ferry and led back to the port by private car on the day of departure. There is a lot of heart in the apartment but also in the care of their holiday guests. We felt comfortable from the first moment and can wholeheartedly recommend the accommodation, as well as holidays with Frano.

Just loved staying at Dijana’s place. The courtyard is wonderful. The apartment is well laid out, had a washer and dryer, and a well equipped kitchen. Loved the area as well - very walkable to the historic areas of Split. We want to stay a month or longer! Dijana is a very responsive host as well. We definitely recommend this location for anyone visiting Split!

Fantastic host. Very attentive, proactive with suggestions and knows what he is doing to ensure the guests have a wonderful stay! The city itself (where most of the tourists are) is 20minutes drive away. Bolt app made it easy to go and have some drinks and not too expensive (around 25 EUR but bolt do a 50% off discount for first ride, so my girlfriend and I did one trip each to save money) Dependent on how much you want to go out of the villa would depend if a car is necessary. a shop within 10min walking distance, others a bit further of a walk so again our car hire was useful here. Got us Pizza on the first night, suggested restaurants for other nights too.

Bruna was very responsive to our requests. The apartment is in a great location. Short walking distance to center of town and restaurants. Amazing view of the harbor. The is also a nice wine tasting room (Markus Wines) 50 meters up the road. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend. There are many stairs so keep that in mind. Good exercise 😉.

great quiet place. the location is a 2 minute walk (with private entrance) to the beach. there's also a bus stop right beside the accommodation which takes 10 minutes to get into split. Ivana was on hand to answer any questions. you're also only a few minutes walk to the entrance of marjan park

Spacious, bright and modern apartment with very comfortable beds - even for larger and/or heavier people. The shower is almost luxuriously large. The air conditioning (located in the living room) worked very well, as did WIFI/WIFI and the SmartTV. On the large balcony with lots of sun and sea view we were allowed to grill by arrangement (barbecue was brought by us). The very good screens in all balcony doors effectively kept insects outside. Good starting point for excursions to the old town of Split or the surrounding country, if you are mobile. Unfortunately, there was not much on offer on foot here, especially since the nearby beach was not usable during our stay due to a very active large construction site. Unfortunately, we did not meet the host in person, but the contact with Kristina was very good: Kristina responded quickly, kindly and helpful to requests.

Small apartment close to Split that has everything you need need. We had a great time and Zeljana was an amazing host.

Absolute pleasure to stay at Daniel’s Air B&B. Fantastic host, with a great welcome in person, carried our heavy suitcase and showed us around the accommodation. Views are superb, accommodation is very comfortable, everything you need, the balcony is a great place to relax and take in the view. We loved staying here and would not hesitate to stay again, fabulous experience, great area, Podstrana, Split and Croatia are ace!!

A great stay with Dana! She was welcoming and helped with recommendations when we checked in. The house is very clean and spacious and was great for 6 guests. We loved the living room and kitchen spaces. As described, the location is best if you have a car or are happy to Uber into Split / surrounds.

Great place and great host

Really pleasant and well equipped apartment, a fully stocked kitchen with eggs in fridge, wine, and a good selection of cooking condiments. Lots of linens and bathroom amenities. The patio was lovely with many potted plants. It also had lines for drying clothes, which was super useful. Ivona left clear instructions that included a video tour of the key features of the apartment. It is only 10 mins walk to the promenade and city center. We very much enjoyed our stay there and would highly recommend it. Ivona also provided an excellent recommendation for a driver who took us to Dubrovnik with stops on the way to visit Ston.

Such a gorgeous air bnb! We really enjoyed our stay here. Only a 30 minute bus from the city centre, you really can’t beat this location. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Definitely reccomend.

Thank you so much Petar, we had a lovely time in Split. The apartment was basic with everything we needed. It was super clean and tidy. Lots of places to eat and a beach literally across the road. The bedrooms had no aircon, but Petar had fans delivered the next day, greatly appreciated. We also had a very late flight home and he kindly extended our check-out time. Thanks again.

I can not say enough wonderful things about Anamarija's place or her as host! I had the most amazing month long stay and I would definitely return. She was an incredible host and the apartment was sparkling clean, exactly or better as the photos, and the terrace has an amazing view! I was out there multiple times a day. I have very high cleanliness expectations and her place met them. You will not regret staying here. I actually enjoyed the stairs as a nice little built in workout to my daily routines. She was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and hospitable. She even helped me carry my suitcases up the stairs and had drinks and fresh fruit waiting for me. I am beyond thankful that I found this place!

With specious two bedrooms, it’s a well equipped and beautifully decorated apartment, walking distance to a long stretching beach on Čiovo island. Comfortable beds. The bathroom was smaller than expected but specious shower cubicle with a bath and seating area.Breathtaking view out of kitchen window and from outside seating balcony area.

Bojan's flat was easy to find, clean, and had an amazing location! I would definitely rent again!

Marin was an excellent host. He communicated well and responded to our questions extremely fast. The apartment looked great and was very comfortable. Only issue was the people upstairs were extremely noisy late at night but easily ignored. Apartment was close to main areas, shops and restaurants. Highly recommend and would book again. It was a wonderful and beautiful holiday in this place. You feel like home, the location is good, the apartment is very well decorated and new. The communication with Ivana was easy and good and went smoothly. The city center is easily accessible. I can really recommend it.

Had a great stay at Kate's place. Very beautiful apartment and incredibly comfortable bed. Incredibly close to Old town and the bus station. Highly recommend.
