Family-friendly vacation rentals in Kallithea

My family of eight stayed at the residence. Great accommodations, good location and within easy walk to grocery stores and restaurants. Anna (host) was very friendly and very responsive when we needed assistance. The house is multi story with plenty of stairs, but it did have a lift for family members who could not navigate the stairs easily. Overall, it was a great location and house worked well for our family. Highly recommend if in need of a house with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms.

A dream stay with Ilias who took care of us from scratch: tips, car rental searches, booking a trusted taxi, connecting with one of her friends who warmly welcomed us in the evening, responsiveness in communication and always a lot of kindness and kindness! The house is really beautiful, comfortable, thoughtfully decorated, with spaces for everyone. Perfect cleaning, beds ready:) The neighborhood, away from the crowds of Plaka, is full of small addresses of bars, creators, restaurants, a stone's throw from the superb Museum of Modern Art and a 15-minute walk from the Acropolis! This is our absolute favorite! And everywhere the smell of orange trees... A huge thank you to our host so, who was not afraid to welcome 4 children into this setting, their grandmother and their mom ❤️ We will definitely be back!

We had a great time in Athens in Kalliope's apartment. Unfortunately, a house was illegally raised, which almost completely blocked the view of the Acropolis. Kalliope also told us this shortly before arrival. Nevertheless, that was of course a great pity. The roof terrace was really great and would have been even more spectacular with the view. Kalliope was very friendly and welcomed and said goodbye to us nicely. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was superbly equipped. You can easily walk to Plaka, the Temple of Zeus and National Garden and also to the Acropolis. We can definitely recommend the accommodation.

Very spacious flat with great views of the acropolis. The bedroom was setup to sleep 4 and it worked very well, there was plenty of space. Beds were very comfortable and nice touches like slippers were very welcome. Short walk to monastiraki square and all the sights. Lots of restaurants in a 10m radius. Our kids loved the jacuzzi.

this is probably the best location you can dream of in Athens. the unobstructed views from the balcony are unimaginable and the apartment itself is just amazing, with modern amenities and thoughtful design. the hosts were very responsive and accommodating, can’t recommend the place enough!

The apartment is wonderful, spacious and has many more amenities than described. It is a house with everything you may need. It is also very peaceful with beautiful balconies. It is ideal also for families with toddlers, there is a nice park nearby. We had a great stay!

Perfect stay close to everything there is to see in Athens, the host is great thanks to her who helped us throughout the stay, and even booked our return taxi.

We had a pleasant stay at Maria's! The location is quiet but in a lively neighborhood, it was very clean, Maria was very accommodating and friendly, everything was as described.

This is my second time staying at Maria's, and it has been perfect. I love how cozy and warm the apartment is and at the same time has everything you could possibly need, you just feel right at home. Maria is a very sweet and bubbly person and has a contagious laugh :) we met when I first arrived and she made sure that I have all the information I needed about the apartment. Since it was Christmas time, Maria had beautiful Christmas lights and decorations that just made me smile every time I entered the apartment. She also had some Greek Sweets for Christmas which were delicious! Once you stay at Maria's Im certain it will always become your first choice when visiting Voula/Athens.

Very nice and clean apartment in the suburbs of Athens. Our trip to Athens one of the days took only 40-50 minutes each way. The hosts live on the top floor and are always ready to help, they are exceptionally intelligent and delicate people. There is a Lidl store 8 minutes away with everything you need and the kitchen is fully equipped. We took a break from the noise of the city and enjoyed the sounds of the village. Thank you!!

This was our first trip to Athens and thanks to Panayiotis we are for sure coming back! The villa is beautiful and perfectly clean, Panayiotis was happy to help with whatever we needed and made several wonderful suggestions. If you are looking to not just see Athens but to also have accommodations in a beautiful and quiet residential neighborhood with any amenities you may need, this is the place for you. Particularly thoughtful was when (before we came) I asked Panayiotis if he had a kettle to make tea with, although he didn't he bought one-just because I asked-how thoughtful is that! That was how the entire stay went-everything was easy and we felt more like guests in his lovely villa! Thank you Panayiotis!!

Great place to stay with all of the major "best things in Athens" things on a reasonable walking distance. Neighborhood looks a bit odd upon arrival, but really needs a bit of exploration. Then you will find place for a good coffee, supermarket and some superb small plates restaurants just around the corner. The villa itself is great with the indoor swimming pool as an interesting asset. Its very spacious and neat, with nice outdoor places. Only minus is that there is only one shower on ground floor that really needs a bit of an upgrade. But with a dip in the pool as an alternative, not the worst thing that can happen. Overall a recommendable place to stay for an Athens city trip

An absolutely magnificent place! Hard to imagine that you can find a place like this in a large city! It was a short walk from restaurants, supermarket and the metro. Rooftop pool with great privacy was wonderful on hot days and also swimming at night with the city lights in the background. Rooftop terrace was overlooking the city and with views to Lycabettus hill and nature on the other side. On many evenings we ordered food in and ate at the rooftop terrace. We were a group of six and could not have been more pleased with our stay. Dimitris was very helpful and a great host!

Stayed for a week in April, great apt - 1 double and 2 rooms with 2 single beds in each. Great facilities, plenty of room for clothes etc, hairdryer and plug points. Would be good to have more information about the specifics on the apt itself - such as needing to press a button for hot water and that the switch goes off after about half an hour - we had a couple of cold showers.. also would be good to know about recycling and where to dispose of rubbish etc.. having spare bin bags for the toilet bin particularly as you can’t flush toilet paper would be helpful.. location was great - quiet neighbourhood and shop 2 blocks away. Marina is a 15 min stroll away and lovely park for kids on the other side. Taxi into the centre was about €12, bus and tram also an option… outside space & pool on the roof was great - I imagine it would be fab in summer - water was a bit cold still, but kids managed a quick dip..! all in all a great stay ❤️

Very welcoming host, apartment exactly as described, lovely location with great views from the pool and terrace, ping pong table indoors was a bonus! Nice that some things like salt & pepper, spare bin bags, coffee pods, etc were all provided so we didn’t need to buy new ones, plus a couple of beers in the fridge too! Thanks for a great stay.

i went here for my birthday and it was the nicest gift i could give myself. communication with the host was very easy and quick. the space was clean and well put together. the view is insane!! loved it<3
