Der Aufenthalt in der Villa Matea war echt schön, wir haben es sehr genossen. Die Ruhe und der Pool waren super, wir hatten sogar den Pool für uns alleine. Der Gastgeber war sehr gut erreichbar, sehr freundlich und äußerst Gastfreundlich, uns wurde sogar ein leckerer Kuchen gebacken, danke nochmal! Uns wurde schnell geholfen, wenn wir Tips oder Hilfe brauchten. Die Ausstattung war, besonders in der Küche, echt gut und mehr als ausreichend um für 4 Personen zu kochen. Einziger Minuspunkt: die Umgebung, ohne Auto ist man aufgeschmissen, hier ist nur ein kleiner Supermarkt (hat die Größe einer Tankstelle) und sonst ist hier nichts. In 10 Minuten waren wir mit dem Auto am Strand, wir haben eine kleine unscheinbare Bucht gefunden, an der wir ganz alleine waren. Wundervoll! Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt :-)

We stayed for 10 days in what can only be described as a unique, stunning and peaceful villa in a beautiful location. It was so lovely I could have stayed longer. Sandra was the perfect host, available to answer questions if required but otherwise we were left to enjoy our holiday ( she attended on our last day with a bottle of home made wine for us which was a lovely surprise). This was the perfect holiday to take time out, relax and visit the variety of restaurants in Sukosan.

The house was lovely and had all of the amenities you needed for a relaxing long weekend. Would highly recommend this property! Marta was incredibly helpful and her mum was a great help throughout our stay. Look forward to visiting Zadar soon m!

Toller Aufenthalt in Zman bei Fabio. Das Haus mit Jacuzzi und Outdoorküche war sehr schön. Der kleine Ort bietet alles fußläufig, Einkaufsladen, schöne Badestelle, Restaurants. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft schön, kleine Wanderungen am Meer entlang bis zum nächsten Ort sind machbar.

Der Aufenthalt in Dijanas Ferienwohnung war einfach fantastisch! Dijana ist eine unglaublich nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Sie war immer hilfsbereit und stand für alle Fragen zur Verfügung, wodurch wir uns sofort wohl und willkommen gefühlt haben. Die Wohnung selbst war perfekt – besonders der atemberaubende Meerblick war ein Highlight! Alles war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und komfortabel. Wir haben die Ruhe und die wunderschöne Umgebung sehr genossen. Vielen Dank, Dijana, für diese wundervolle Zeit – wir kommen definitiv wieder!

We had a really nice time at Irene's place. The apartment is directly at the sea, but also within a short walking distance to the central bus station. The old town can also be reached via a nice walk along the beach and promenade. The furnishings are simple, but everything you need is there. The bed is very comfy and the sleeping couch is also very usable. Check-in was very easy and flexible. We were here in the winter. But we had no problem getting the apartment warm with the climate control. There were two very nice and friendly cats that visited us from time to time.

A great flat in the perfect location, just a short ten minute walk to the old town. It was clean and tidy and Mario was very responsive and helpful. The building is a little run down, but the flat itself, is great. It’s up 3.5 flights of stairs with no lift so be mindful of that if that doesn’t suit your needs.

I really enjoyed my stay at Damir's place. he was a fantastic host and the home was perfectly near many amenities without having to be right in the city center.

Absolute Empfehlung! Der Garten und der direkte Zugang zum Meer sind ein Traum, läd ein zum Baden und Spazieren gehen (oder wer mag Joggen) am Wasser. Alles war sehr sauber und die Bettwäsche und Sofakissen haben besonders frisch gerochen. Dubravka ist herzlich und unkompliziert. Mit der Personenfähre kann man Zadar und andere Inseln besichtigen. Mit der Autofähre kann man Nationalparks auf dem Festland besuchen, aber auch die Insel gibt einem genug Optionen zum Entspannen, Essen gehen und Wandern. Man braucht nur auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub!

I had a short and very nice stay! Tomislav and his wife were very friendly. They recommended lots of things and I loved the view from the apartment. Although it's a bit tricky to get there Kali is beautiful and I couldnt imagine having a better start of the morning. The ferry to Zadar is near (one bustop or take a walk along the coast of 30 min). The only thing which was for me a bit difficult was finding a good/bigger supermarket. You have one where the busstop is, but I couldnt find at first. The little shops have some things, but if you want to eat something in house you should go to a bigger market. Tomislav and his wife are everytime near by if you need help. And due to the fact I had some bad experience in other apartments, I'd like to mention that the whole apartment was very clean and smelled very good 😍. I felt very comfortable. I would come again with more time and a car! 😊 Hvala vam puno!

Die Wohnung war sehr schön mit einer unbeschreiblich schönen Aussicht auf das Meer vom Balkon und sogar vom Bett aus. Das Haus besitzt einen direkten Eingang zum Fußweg am Meer und hat einige Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Der schöne Paclenica Nationalpark ist nur wenige Minunten entfernt. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

The best accommodation in Zadar, with incredible views of the old town and plenty of places to eat just a few minutes' walk away. Gordan's service was excellent. I highly recommend this great accommodation. We will definitely be back!

Perfect location! Just beside the bus stop to the airport. So easy to find and near everything you need in Zadar. The view was nice too. Josip was very helpful and easy to reach.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Martina war wunderbar. Sie hat immer super schnell auf alle Fragen reagiert, Tipps gegeben und war sehr flexibel in unserer An und Abreise. Die Wohnung war sauber, wie auf den Bildern beschrieben, sogar Duschbad und Shampoo vorhanden, Bügeleisen und Küche mit Ofen und ein großes Bett Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und kommen gern wieder :)

Die Unterkunft war echt schön. Wir waren zu 7. dort und durch die getrennten Wohnungen hatte man auch abends immer seine Ruhe. Die Küchen sind super ausgestattet und hat das Kochen für 7 Personen sehr schön gemacht. Vor allem das Beach House bietet sich super dafür an. Der Pool war auch immer sauber und ist ein schönes extra gewesen. :) Die Unterkunft ist fußläufig 15-20 Minuten von der Fähre entfernt, was es uns einfach gemacht hat, auch mal einen Tag in Zadar zu verbringen. Einkaufen waren wir immer bei TOMMYS, der ist auch 15 Minuten entfernt aber es gibt auch näher gelegen viele andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir würden die Unterkunft bei Andrea auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen! :)

Great host, helpful and easy to communicate.

Die Kommunikation mit Dina war von Anfang bis zum Ende sehr gut und angenehm. Schnelle Antwort. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Ich kann Dina, ihren Mann und das wunderschöne Haus nur empfehlen. Ich würde das Haus sofort wieder für einen Urlaub buchen.

Waw! We found our own private paradise in Croatia. What a lovely stay we had at Milan’s air bnb. The inside provides everything you need and is very clean. The thing is.. you just want to sit outside all the time because that area is absolutely amazing. The swimming pool is perfect and super clean, on top of that there’s the whole sitting area that makes cosy afternoons/evenings so easy. You can cook outside while still being close to your friends and family. Our host, Milan, was super kind and helpful. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this place.. or even book it again for ourselves!

If you plan to visit Zadar, this is the house to stay in. Calm neighbourhood, 5 min to the town center via Uber and it is as great as it looks on the pictures. Furthermore you will have the perfect, welcoming hosts in Antonija and Marko. We had a wonderful week, thank you!

What a great apartment! Rodavan has been very helpful and advised us on some places to visit and eat. The apartment itself was beautiful and very clean! It’s only 7min drive to the airport and 10minutes away from Zadar old town so ideal for us. Lidl is only 5minute drive and we tried couple local restaurants that are within 15minute walk. We highly recommend and we hope to come back one day!

Villa Romance was the perfect getaway after a busy few days in Dubrovnik. The facilities were great for 2 couples to unwind. Plenty of space to enjoy together and separately. The hosts welcomed us with homemade plum brandy which was delicious. We also had some lovely cakes in the fridge waiting for us. They were both very hospitable and gave us a warm welcome. We totally recommend Villa Romance for a relaxing stay.
