Absolutely faultless experience. The beautiful house and excellent team of staff exceeded all of our expectations. We were incredibly comfortable in the spacious and beautifully designed and furnished house and gardens. The house managed to combine all of the above whilst allowing us to feel completely ‘at home’. Sunil, the on-site villa manager, was always able to help and guide us with all our needs for transport and excursions etc. Sunil is also a wonderful chef. He cooks with skill but also with love. We felt very well looked after. He and his team kept the villa spotless and were kind and friendly throughout. We hugely appreciated the effort they made to help us celebrate our daughters birthday whilst we were there. Would 100% recommend.

Our stay at this villa was absolutely fantastic! The villa was in excellent condition, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury with a breathtaking scenic lake view. What truly made our experience special was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The convenience of being able to order our preferred food options at a very reasonable price added to the overall comfort of our stay. Located in a less busy, on a hill and a more local area but walkable distance to the main road, public transportation, Uber, pickme, supermarkets and restaurants. Totally sweet, friendly, professional and kind hosts. They warmly welcomed me and my wife to the property and helped carry our bags to the apartment upstairs. We instantly felt like we were at home. Apartment is modern, newly built and squeaky clean. We loved the view from the balconies as well as from the rooftop. Nobody bothers anybody and we thoroughly enjoyed our privacy here. Everything was included in the apartment for a comfy stay. Air-condition was excellent and there was ample hot water in the bathroom. It will be nice to have a duvet/comforter because it can get chilly at night. The best part is the pool which was so refreshing during hot days. It was clean and well maintained, almost felt like a natural pool. Our stay was excellent and would love to come back. Thanks for hosting us. Good luck guys.

This place is wonderful on so many levels. I stayed for 3 months and it was an absolute delight. Firstly, the villa itself is spacious and spotlessly clean. It has lots of workspace for online working and a fast WiFi. The kitchen has everthing you need and there's a fabulous balcony sheltered by a mango tree, where you can watch the many colourful birds. secondly, what makes this property a delight are Hiran and Malika. They are so kind and treated me like family. During my stay, I had some health problems and they went out of their way to help me. For the majority of time there, I was alone so I felt very safe with Hiran and his wife close by. Thirdly, I requested 3 meals a week for a small price and Malika provided me with the most delicious home cooked food. Amazing! Lasting, the location is great. Walking distance to Galle or short bus ride away. Locally, there's plenty of shops. Thank you Hiran and Malika.

Asela is a great host!!! Very hospitable and friendly, always ready to help with all issues. We lived in the villa for a whole month. The house is always very clean, cleaning every few days. Convenient location of the house, just 10 minutes by tuktuk to the sea and all the establishments. We are very happy that we ended up here I highly recommend this villa, secluded accommodation surrounded by birds and beautiful nature Also really liked Asela's restaurant, one of the best we have visited! Thank you!

We have thoroughly enjoyed the stay at Navis villa. The facility was kid friendly and have play areas. Nicely maintained exterior and host was superb. They were very flexible with our requests and helped us feel home at Navis villa. Also, we received a very nice gift at the end to remember our stay. We will not hesitate to book again if required.

The villa is in a beautiful surroundings, overlooking a rice field. The villa is very spacious with swimming private pool. We thouroughly enjoyed out stay here. Christa was very helpful. The helper onsite is really very helpful, and responsive. Only negative I would say is it was far from attractions and main city. Beach is around 4 kms and getting a transport here is a challenge. Booking vehicles in advance to move around could help. The approach road is narrow around 100 mts from the main road.

Simply, it was our home for a short period of time. Everything was so perfect that we didn't even want to make a call to get clarification. Genuka is a very friendly person, and from the moment we placed the reservation, he was carefully concerned about what we wanted. And his father, who handed over the key to us, was also a very gentle and professional person who explained everything in the house clearly. The neighborhood is very relaxing, calm, and safe. There's a grocery store very close to the house where you can purchase almost all the things you need to cook (the house has a nice kitchen that includes all the related items to make your own meals). And the Galenigama highway interchange is much closer, so you can access most of the places very quickly. So Genuka's property is highly recommended; it is a nice, clean, safe, and calm place to relax and achieve your requirements closer to the main cities. Good Luck!
