A great spacious one-bedroom apartment with a good layout and a nice view of the city. It offers all the essentials which makes it suitable for a short as well as a long visit. Situated in a newbuild residential area with various supermarkets, specialty stores, restaurants, cafes, gyms etc. in the immediate area. And the center is a relative short walk away from the accommodation. Fatime and Rinor, the hosts, were very easy to communicate with. They responded swiftly to any question/request from my end. Next to being very proactive and checking up from time to time. They were extremely hospitable, curtious and genenerous. This apartment is definitely worth the visit!

Great apartment, bright, convenient and well located! I enjoyed being able to park my car right at the foot of the building! If I had to do it again, I'll be back!

Great equipped apartment in the city center of Nis with a small balcony. Communication with Dragan worked out well, he personally showed us the apartment and also kindly provided us with laundry detergent. From the apartment you can walk to the whole center of Nis and have everything you need nearby.

Already became our favorite place to stay in Niš:) Everything is perfect as usual!
