I had an all-round pleasant stay in this apartment! The place was the same as in the pictures – very clean, modernly furnished and equipped with everything you need. The location was ideal: quiet but still close to everything important. Check-in went smoothly, and the host was very friendly, helpful and easily accessible. I immediately felt comfortable and would come back anytime. Absolutely recommended!

We had a great stay in the very nice apartment. We found everything as described and the moderate conditions were topped by the very nice host who was always friendly. The apartment is really very tastefully decorated. Everything is spotless and of very good quality. It's more spacious than you'd think from the photos. The atmosphere is private, undisturbed and relaxed. The best thing is three cats and the dog, which not only the children enjoyed. Many thanks to the great hosts.

We have spent a great long weekend. Apartment is equipped with anything you need and more. Contact with landlord was perfect and we felt really taken care. we also got restaurants recommendations and places to visit.

Great communication. From booking, check-in & parking to check-out, everything went well. Everything was clean and I felt right at home. The balcony from which you can even see the sea from a distance is simply wonderful in the evening and in the morning to end or start the day. Glad to come back! :)

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Tom’s and I can’t recommend it highly enough! The apartment is thoughtfully decorated and impeccably clean. From the fully stocked kitchen to the comfortable living and sleeping areas, every detail has been taken care of. The little charming city of Cres is just 20min away (by car) and had everything we needed - supermarket, ATMs, great restaurants and cafes and even two real beekeeper’s shops, which we especially loved. The island itself is a true paradise for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. One of the best beaches is just 10 minutes away and with all the singing birds and deers casually walking around the house, we felt like we were in a real wild paradise. Our dog was extremely happy too! And what truly sets this experience apart is the incredibly hospitable mother of Tom, Blazhena. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Her warm personality and genuine care for her guests create an unforgettable experience.

The place was spotless clean. Kitchen had everything you need, even salt, pepper, sugar and to clean the dishes. There is a dishwasher also. We were welcomed by two bottles of fresh water and a bottle of wine. Apartment is beautiful, check in is smooth and air condition works perfectly.

Everything was perfect, the main reason for the trip as a bike racing in Umag so it was a perfect combination of not so distant from umag and much more peaceful. Darko wife made fantastic pancakes for us and was always checking if we have everything that we needed. The apartment is very close to the beach and the region it self is beautiful.

Katja is a great host and welcomed us with a shot of a local drink, nice location and everything was clean.

Our family of four had a great week at Maya‘s guesthouse. We loved the private backyard with nice garden, heated pool and jacuzzi. The small house has everything we needed and there is a good outdoor kitchen as well. The beach is a few minutes away and at least in fall there are good chances that you have it for yourself. There are hiking trails to the secluded northern part of the island steps away from the house as well. The communication with Maja is easy and very friendly.

Very nice house, equipped with everything you need. Washing machine, two bathrooms, sufficient kitchen utensils. Great garden with a nice pool and good seating. Fenced, perfect for our dogs. Parking is right next to the house. The sea is practically around the corner and a small convenience store right in the village. Pula is about 20 minutes away, but Ivan tells you where you can go everywhere. But you can also just chill out in the house and enjoy the pool. A big shout out to Ivan, he is always available and absolutely helpful. We will definitely be back, thank you very much ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The House was amazing and Jelena is a host you could only wish for. She took the time to answer all our questions prior and during the vacation almost instantly and was really helpful with the check-in and the recommendations for any activities and restaurants, beaches, etc. The house itself is almost brand new, really spacious with the big terrace and the two rooftop balconies. The rooms were super clean and really welcoming. Every bedroom has its own AC besides the one on the bottom floor, which isn't a big deal as it was chill even with outside temperatures of 33 degrees and above. The highlight of the mansion however is the giant pool, which was also super clean with enough space. the neighbours Andrea and Karl are super nice and welcoming and we even had them over for a barbecue. A little downside might be that it actually is really remote and you need a car for basically everything (groceries, beach, etc.) Can definitely recommend and would come again 😍

Ines was a really kind and thoughtful host, and her house was just perfect for our travelling family of 6. Lots of space inside, comfortable, spotlessly clean, with a lovely terrace and garden for outdoor space. Perfectly located for all of Rovinj's attractions, everywhere is walkable. A 5 star house and highly recommended.

The location of the accommodation is perfect - a private beach is right next to it, the village is a 5-minute walk away and wonderful walking paths are very close. The hosts were easily accessible and when something in the apartment didn't work, the problem was promptly resolved. The kitchen is very, very well equipped - everything you need for cooking is there. Sveta Marina is a very quiet place and you can relax well here. We would happily come back.

Gorgeous little house just outside Umag. Two minutes stroll to the sea and a couple of restaurants/beach bars. The house comes with an SUP and two bikes which was great. We drove into Umag most evenings for dinner where there are loads of restaurants, we particularly liked the ones along the sea front. We also drove to Rovinj which is beautiful and Porec. We felt Umag was nicely off the beaten track, away from other busy places in August.

The apartment is bright, spacious and very clean just like the photos. There are many good restaurants and shopping options that can be reached in minutes on foot. Branka and her mother were always available, helpful and incredibly friendly. We had a very nice and relaxing vacation.

Fully equipped apartment, strategically located near one of the most beautiful beaches in Pula, 20 min walk to the city center, and close to a supermarket and a shopping mall. I hope to be back soon.

The apartment was simply perfect for our needs. It matched the description, photos, and amenities exactly, and it’s ideally located, very close to Pula and the surrounding beaches. The pool is large, extremely pleasant, fully equipped, and directly accessible from the apartment — just a few steps away. Beautiful place to stay, Renata is a very nice and kind-hearted person who always gave us an answer to questions. Absolutely fair and definitely worth a vacation. Definitely in need of repetition

The apartment was very clean and easily accessible by car. The sea was a 10-15 minute walk and offers a pebble beach. At this time of year, many restaurants are already closed, but there are also significantly fewer tourists. You can reach Paula by car in a few minutes and a small supermarket is right next to the apartment. The local beach is not necessarily suitable for snorkeling activities. For this, you should visit nearby bays, such as “The Columbian Grotto Beach” or “Prostina” by car. These can be reached in minutes. The area around the property is heavily geared towards tourism and therefore offers numerous leisure activities, but hardly any local venues. Overall, I highly recommend it for 4 people looking for a well-equipped apartment with plenty of space in Croatia and not wanting to spend too much money.
