Vacation home rentals in Jura Mountains

Beautiful, great place. The house is very quiet, clean, and the beds are comfortable. Marzia is very lovely even though we arrived quite late at night, she came and greeted us at the house. She is always responsive and will make sure that we arrived at the house safely .The apartment has two terraces with beautiful view. One of the best things is we can have breakfast at the nearby little Cozy Café call Nene. Everything there is wonderful. However, I think it’s good to have a car and it would be quite challenging to walk down to the town. There is some stairs to the apartment but we managed to bring our luggage there.

Eugenio is a really kind, welcoming and nice person. He showed us the house and explained various things, including the history of the town and gave us some tips on walks. We'll definitely be back!

The flat is lovingly furnished and equipped and you have a beautiful view of Lake Maggiore from the upper floor. When all the tourists leave Isola Bella, you have this magical place to yourself. We had a lovely time and Francesca was very friendly and helpful.

Marianna has a beautiful place and is a wonderful host. The views from the balcony are breathtaking! Marianna was helpful in how to find her address, she came to meet us at the bus stop and told us where to get off. Through out our stay she struck the balance of being available to help but without being intrusive. Lezzeno is a lovely base from which to explore the towns up and down the lake, it’s easy to travel by bus or boat to various villages like Bellagio, Menaggio and Varenna. These places can be packed with tourists so it’s nice to come home to Lezzeno at the end of a day, which is much quieter and less ‘touristy’, a much more authentic feeling town where locals live. Lezzeno also has some fantastic places to eat. Osteria Il Governo 1801 is especially good and Crotto dei Pescatori is also great. I would absolutely recommend this place to stay from which to see all that Lake Como has to offer!

The host was really nice and friendly. The communication was super easy and fast. The appartment is very comfortable and well equipped. A swing was great for our 3 year old! It is nicely located in a peaceful area with wonderful mountain views. The village is a bit of a steep drive from the lake so if you plan to visit multiple destinations around the como lake, you should note that it adds 15 to 20 min to the driving. On the other hand, we rather stayed a bit further away from the busy touristic villages by the shore. And a nice child-friendly beach by lugano lake was just 20 min drive away. The parking on the street is not perfect but in the end it was not really a problem. We stayed longer than planned. We would consider coming again if vising this area!

Sophie is a great and very warm host who lovingly cares about the well-being of her guests. She welcomed us warmly and provided many good tips. Even when the weather didn't quite play along, she spontaneously brought us games for us and the children. Her place is very clean and cozily furnished, we lacked nothing. The apartment is very nicely decorated and Laura gave us many tips and was always available. Unfortunately, to walk the dog, you have to walk a lot along the main street and since there are no sidewalks, we didn't like that. Before the spiral staircase upstairs, our dog was extremely scared and "had to" stay downstairs. There were three of us in the apartment and there were only 2 duvets... they were of course sufficiently large.. but if you prefer your own blanket, you don't find that optimal. The views from the balcony are really great.

It had been such a wonderfully beautiful weekend, we felt right at home, the view was fantastic and we woke up every morning with a "wow", the reviews said it was cold. We had been there and it was cozy and warm. It was not cold at all, everything was very clean and available. It even had a raclette and fondue caquelon that you could use. We were able to recover very well. It was very luxurious to stay in the chalet, one of the most beautiful Airbnbs I have ever visited. Really great! Communication was easy and check-in too. Thank you for everything! We can warmly recommend it. We even got cat visitors, which we were very happy about and she also let herself be petted in the garden.

We had a great time. From planning to our departure, Rahel was available, proactive and very responsive to provide us with the necessary information and answer our questions. The accommodation, located in an old house, was very clean and tidy. The setting is beautiful, with a great view of the lake, and the calm is only disturbed by the fog horns of the boats (which has a lot of charm). It was one of our best Airbnb experiences. We highly recommend and will probably return to Rahel's on an upcoming visit to Bienne.

The place was as described and photographed, the rooms cozy and spacious. My two guys (10 and 12 years old) had a really good time, it was well heated and nothing was missing. We also found everything you need to cook in the kitchen, although within minutes you can reach various pizzerias or restaurants. I hope to be able to come back, maybe during the summer time to enjoy the tranquility of this place even more. Thanks!!

I spent a night with my husband in Michel's accommodation, an extremely comfortable and relaxing place, perfect for a quiet weekend in the middle of nature. We love the Nordic bath they made ready for us. I recommend it!

I would like to tell you about my stay in a small Bijou that I found through Airbnb. This charming and light-filled home really has everything you could ask for. The accommodation is equipped with every comfort, making you feel immediately comfortable and welcome. Particularly impressive is the kitchen, which is very well appointed and allows you to prepare delicious meals. Everything you need is available and the use of the furnishings is very easy and pleasant. The hostess was very accommodating and friendly, helpful and easily accessible. I highly recommend this Airbnb, especially for those seeking a cozy and comfortable home that is stylish and practical at the same time. My stay there was really wonderful.

Great stay in the country for some peace and quiet!

This is a beautiful apartment. Exceptionally clean. it is ideally located next to the Pleny lift and u can either walk or get the little train to the super Morzine lift. Highly recommend.

Excellent stay, the accommodation was very nice and especially large for a ski stay. Accommodation at the foot of the slopes (Monchavin red slope when exiting the ski room). Small downside for the different activities in La plagne les coches we wanted to do activities like a bowling alley and there is not much on this site it's a shame but it's not the fault of the tenant. Equipment available in the accommodation to make a raclette, very good recommendations from Guillaume in advance. I highly recommend the place for a family or a stay with friends. The big plus, a heater for shoes, two bathrooms and a washing machine and dishwasher.

Nice studio, well-equipped and very clean, sunny terrace with beautiful view. Free shuttle 2 steps from the residence that allows you to go around the village to the ski slopes. Warm welcome from Sarah, good tips on what to do in the area.

great place, 10 mins walk away from the pedestrian area and 5 mins walk to the sud bus station. just as pictured & described. well equipped kitchen. suggest booking it right away.

Very pleasant stay during a warm period in a cool old guarded house. Well-equipped kitchen for cooking and peaceful evenings outside in the countryside. The source of the Lison is not far away for even more freshness.
