An absolutely amazing stay with the best marina view I've ever seen in Dubai Marina! I live nearby, and I still can't believe what an incredible experience it was. The host was fantastic, the home was beautiful and very well maintained. Everything exceeded my expectations — if I could give 10 stars, I would! Truly a perfect stay in every way.

Bashir was our primary contact, and we found him to be incredibly helpful and friendly, as were all the other staff members we interacted with. The apartment was clean, tidy, and truly felt like a home away from home. While slightly out of the city center, this location was exactly what we were looking for. The only minor drawback was the slow internet speed. Despite this, we would definitely be staying here again

The apartment's location is awesome - JBR and Marina are both walking distance. The view from the apartment is also amazing, and the interiors are just as the pictures show - clean, tidy and useful. Gemstay is also extremely responsive as a host. Highly recommended for a short stay in this prime area.

Title: Fantastic Apartment in a Great Location – Highly Recommended! We had an amazing time in this apartment! The accommodation was exactly as described – clean, modern, and tastefully furnished. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. It was the perfect place to relax in Dubai. The location is excellent: many attractions, restaurants, and shopping opportunities are easily accessible. The connection to public transport was also a huge plus. A special thanks to our host, who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond. Every question we had was answered immediately, and we felt welcome from the very beginning. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone and will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Dubai. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

We were a group of 10 girls and had the most amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place is exactly like the pictures—beautiful, clean, and super comfortable. Everything was perfectly prepared for our arrival, and we had more than enough space for everyone. It truly felt like a home away from home. I had a great stay at this apartment. It was very clean, well-equipped, and had a beautiful view from the balcony. The bed was extremely comfortable. The location is excellent—just about a 7-minute walk to JBR Beach and around 10 minutes to the tram station. The host was very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place!

There was a lot of storage space in the apartment and both bathrooms were fully stocked with toilet paper and shampoo/body wash. The fruit basket on arrival was a lovely gesture we appreciated a lot. Can't call myself a highly experienced traveller, but Sami is for sure the best person I've met through airbnb so far. There was a force majeure during my check in and the host handled it flawlessly. He was very quick to meet me and talk in person, offered another location to stay for one night while his aparment was not accessible, got us to the place on his car and payed for everything, so we didn't have to care for anything at all. When I finally got to Sami's apartment, it was immaculate: clean, comfortable, has everything you need for a short or long term stay. The location is also great, less than 5 minute walk from Dubai Marina, with a tram station nearby. Mosy likely the best place you can find withing this price range, would stay againg here in a hearbeat.

Our last day here was truly wonderful. We had a lovely experience overall—the view was absolutely stunning, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The space was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The only minor things we felt could be improved were the limited number of utensils and the safe, which wasn’t working during our visit. Other than that, everything was perfect, and we really enjoyed our time here. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful and scenic stay!

Central location in the Herzliya Marina, restaurants and a promenade outside the house. The apartment is clean, comfortable, matches the pictures. The only downside is that the shamita in the bedroom is a little small in relation to a standard double bed other than that everything is excellent. We definitely enjoyed it.
