Rosenlundsstugan is a modern cottage in the Rosenlund area in Jönköping, only 3 km from the city center. The cottage is beautifully located near the southern shore of Lake Vättern. Proximity also to Elmia, Rosenlundsbadet and Husqvarna Garden. You rent a completely detached cottage with a living room with kitchen counter and kitchenette, toilet with shower, a bedroom with a double bed and a sleeping loft with two single beds. Loftstugan

The loft is located near a pond with the forest as a neighbor. Here's the serenity, simplicity, and back to basic that apply. The cabin has no water and drainage but is compensated by a sauna and swimming in your own dust 5 meters from the cabin. An outhouse is by the main building. In winter, you will find the cottage in a white fairytale landscape. We put in an extra element during the cold months, but it is above all the fireplace that heats the cabin. Enjoy a sauna, a crackling fire or a fire outside under a star-studded night sky

Cozy cabin by the lake

Welcome to fresh cottage in a fantastic nature with species-rich surroundings. The cottage is added to 30 m2 and has a combined living room and kitchen. One bedroom and one sofa bed. When you look out you have some view of the lake where you also have boat access for fishing and swimming. Don't be surprised if you see both moose and deer passing the cabin. Ullared is only 40 minutes away and you will find grocery store 20 min drive from the cabin. There are a total of 3 cabins in the area and we are renting out two of these.

Cottage, private beach, boat and sauna near Gränna

Idyllic cottage, 30 sq m, on a private beach, very clear lake water, close to the highway E4 and Gränna. Thirty minutes from Jönköping. One bedroom with a luxury bed for two and one room with a very comfortable foldable bed sofa for two and a kitchen area. Wood stove sauna, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The host lives in a house about 50 meters further away from the beach. The kitchen is for simple cooking, the use of a frying pan is not allowed, but charcoal barbecue is available.

50 - 100 meters from swimming and fishing lake, access to rowing boat. In addition, access to the wood-fired sauna. You may carry water to the cabin, about 40 meters. External summer shower. Incinerating toilet in separate house directly adjacent to the cabin. Golf courses nearby. Ski resort about 20 km. Shops about 10 km. There are sheets and towels for rent, cost SEK 100 per occasion. In case of arrival after 21:00 the guest is allowed to check in without the assistance of the landlord.

Att få bli ett med naturen i en magisk omgivning är något speciellt. Här kan ni slappna av och bara njuta! Till byggnaden hör även en terrass med bord & stolar. Byggnad uppfördes 2023 där byggmaterial är närproducerat, möbler & elektronik är återbrukade för att få ett så litet klimatavtryck som möjligt. Dear guests. We follow Corona instructions regarding cleaning. The lake is also very clean.. a rowingboot is available,. Other supplies, Gardenfurniture, a little grill, big grassarea for soccer etc.. own entrance , parking in front of house. Area around is very quiet. Pls mail for further information A new sauna is ready to be used by the lake. A minor cost extra if wanted. . Negotiable... Värnamo city is 6 km away.

Close to trail-rich forest for hiking, running and cycling. 5 beds. 1 double bed (180cm), a single bed (90cm) and a sofa bed for (160cm) 2 people. The fully-equipped kitchen, as well as a bathroom with a shower and washing machine.
