To reach to apartment block quickly, take exit near Watson of Paradigm out and turn right. Block is next to the building. Way better than any units I've stayed at D'esplanade. Lift is quick and not a lot of pple. Owner is super responsive and let us check in 10 mins earlier cos it was available . Would totally stay here again. P.S for others reading this * - no stove. Have filtered water machine. 2 toilets. one in Master , one outside.

⭐️ 5/5 – Wonderful Stay at KC’s Place – Highly Recommended! My family and I had a fantastic stay at KC’s place! The apartment was spotless, well-organised, and had everything we needed. The clear labels and instructions made it easy to settle in—such a nice touch. The location was perfect, with great restaurants and a supermarket just a short walk away. The building’s amenities were a big plus—we loved the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and gym (plus the staff everywhere were so friendly and helpful!). The sea and forest views were breathtaking, too. KC was the epitome of a perfect host—responsive, accommodating, and genuinely committed to ensuring a memorable stay. we had a very comfortable stay in this airbnb. location was perfect for us as we wanted to be close to legoland and Mall of Medini which had good food options and a good supermarket. The apartment was clean and very comfortable for us.

Good location. Just 15 min drive from the custom. There are shops and eateries at walkable distance. The house is clean and children friendly. My children love the books provided in their bedroom. Check-in is simple and convenient with clear instructions from the host. The host is friendly and is always responsive. He gets the house ready early and allows us to check in before 3pm. Overall, a great experience staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at Ching’s place. He is very responsive and assisted in all aspects. We had fun though it was raining for the 1st 2 days. On our 3rd day, we asked for a slight extension for checkout at 1pm and he was flexible. He even helped us to check on the traffic to checkpoints. Greatly appreciate his warm hospitality.

House was so clean and it felt like home, in-fact it looks like a hotel room. Household items was provided. On our first night, wifi was unable to connect but then the next day, owner came to fix it and gave us a box of ferrero rocher. We felt welcomed. Neighbours was friendly and the parking was easy and safe. Definitely will come back!

Excellent accommodation especially those who wanted to travel to Singapore else well with the excellent location located nearby the JB CIQ centre and it is also a shopping mall. The apartment is extremely clean & comfortable to stay. Besides, the owner is very friendly and kind to provide us advice and tips on our trip which give us a big help in avoiding some unnecessary problems and also offer us for a ride to the station when we check out. He is also be very patient in waiting for us to reach his house to pass us the keys even though we are late due to the traffic on the road.

There was a bunk bed, so the kids loved it. It's also close to JB sentral, so you can walk there. It's spacious, clean, and hygienic. I'll come again. I am willing to use it.

There are no bugs, no smell, it's spacious, cheap, and nice. It was the best choice during my stay. Legoland is right in front, Medini Mall is a 2-minute walk, and 2 minutes to Sbucks, and everything is in Ian. You can get to other malls by Grab. It's a 10-15 minute ride to Aeon Mall by Grab. The host is very friendly and guides you well. I like it~~~
