Vacation rentals in Johnstown

We had a lovely stay at Rachelle & Andrew's guesthouse. We were in the area for business and this property is only a short drive into town. Our dog enjoyed the property and seeing chickens. We enjoyed using the full kitchen, especially with the eggs provided! We would definitely come back in the future.

This was such a unique little apartment we felt right at home. Arriving late and tired (confused) Ben walked us through how to get in and was very prompt at replying to our messages! There was a neighbour outside when we arrived and she was very helpful as well

We've had such a good time at the mushroom cabin ! The place is exactly as described, and it's so cozy and warm. Stephanie and Joel put a lot of care into every detail and it makes the place feel very welcoming ! Thank you again, we hope we'll come back someday ☺️

The perfect spot for me and my fiancé visiting family in Canton. Great location and size, cabin was clean and beautiful. Our only complaint was that the countertops were small and the plugs to the electric skillet and toaster oven were so short that we had to have them sideways and partially hanging over the sink in order to cook. There also was a camp burner top that required butane but no butane was available at the cabin. Still a great stay overall.

This place is wonderful. Elsie is very generous and thoughtful with the extras she supplies. There was even butter and a selection of salad dressings. Elsie even supplies firewood to use in the firepit that is located right by the water. There were no burdensome clean up tasks before we left. I definitely recommend this cottage.

The stay at the loft was a wonderful time away with my mom and dog - I got to do lots of fishing and got a nice northern pike (which was my one single goal for the trip) - the weather wasn’t the nicest but I expected that for November and regardless the foliage was gorgeous - I got to see some white tail deer and beavers in the early AM. Alison always responded within 5 minutes of any questions I had and even offered to call me at one point to help. They were understanding of any request or accommodations required for myself. I’m so happy I got to enjoy myself here and would highly recommend if you are looking to get off grid without REALLY being off grid. Wifi was so good I was able to get some work done when needed and also catch up on my trashy reality tv. We enjoyed many unforgettable fun experiences with my pup Lucy in the bush. The cabin was wonderful and exactly as described. David and Andrea were very accommodating and responsive!

We had a wonderful stay at The Gallery Loft. The loft is as pictured online. Although, there were a few minor hiccups, Chris was very responsive and dealt with our issues asap. Communication with Angelina was effortless. She was very proactive and easy to reach. We would definitely stay here again!
