Villa Myyry is a cozy and well-equipped villa on the shores of Pielisjoki in the village of Paihola, Kontiolahti. The villa has 77 m downstairs and a large loft. The location is in a quiet rural environment.  The driveway is right up to the door and there is plenty of parking space in the yard. Allergy-friendly, pets are prohibited. You can access the cycling trail directly from the yard or go snowshoeing on the ice of Pielisjoki. The ski resort Kontiolahti Biathlon is about 10 km away. The landlord lives next door.

In 2020, this stunning villa is hand-carved from a couple hundred year old Karelian sleds. A huge view window gives a spectacular view over the water. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, two bedrooms, a toilet and sauna facilities Underfloor heating, an air source heat pump, and a fireplace ensure a comfortable temperature all year round. The holiday is crowned by our 6-person outdoor hot tub, big, and avanto. No pets, no smoking. Bed linens 15€/person, final cleaning 120€.

A magnificent log cabin on the lake

For rent, a charming log cabin on the shore of the wild and fishy Lake Koitere. Beautiful pine forest plot with a great sandy beach and a campfire site with good views of the lake. Next to the beach, there is a private sauna building, which also has a sleeping loft. The barn has sleeping accommodations for two people and a fireplace. On the beach, a rowing boat that is free to use. The beach is shallow and sandy. The cottage is not new, but has a patina of time in the structures (60 years old).

Our cottage has a cottage, a kitchen, 2 sleeping alcoves, and a sauna. When you vacation, you can sit on the deck to enjoy the lake view or read a book while lounging in a hammock. The sandy beach that opens to the south is well suited for children's water play, and there's plenty to do in the cottage and nearby. We also have a trampoline, a fire pit, and a boat. Welcome to relax in the sauna room in our yard, by the lake! Although a small, stylish sauna is part of our yard, you will find peace, nature, privacy and wonderful scenery here. The place is also great for working remotely! Lahti beach is shallow and great for children. Rowing boat and SUP board available. Bring your own linens and towels. If necessary, however, linens can be arranged from the accommodation.

Enjoy the sauna by the beach in this cottage with modern amenities and the atmosphere of a traditional beach sauna. The cottage is just a few steps from the shore of a clear-water pond. From the dock you can swim after the sauna or try your luck at fishing. About 200 meters away, there are hiking trails and ski trails in winter. Lykynlampi's outdoor area with disc golf courses is about three kilometers away.
