Amazing sauna cabin (floor area about 39 square meters) by the clear-water Valkealampi! There can be four people staying overnight. The cottage has a sandy beach , in winter an opening. You can fish in the pond or fish in the summer. You can take a dip in the lovely steam of the wood sauna. Relax in the peace of nature. Nearby there are, for example, Kontiolahti ski slopes and trails, a biathlon stadium, Paihola's disc golf course, a summer cafe (about 6 km), Pielisjoki and Joensuu (21km) and Kolin National Park (about 54km) services and activities!

You can quickly reach the city center via the Ylisoutaja bridge, for example, by using the bicycles included in the rent. Relax in the soft steam of a big SAUNA in this peaceful location apartment. In the bedrooms, waiting FOR you, ready-pedated beds for a towel. In a large bedroom, a good 180x200cm double bed + big Smart TV, in a smaller one, 2 high-quality 80x200cm beds. In the fireplace room, you'll find a refrigerator, water point, microwave, water, and coffee maker, etc. If necessary, we can also make a bed (80+80 x 200 cm) from the sofa bed in the back room. Coffee, tea, and final cleaning with dishes are included!

Cozy guesthouse and sauna in a wild tree sport park. The area has about 250 different varieties of woody trees and shrubs on two acres. The tree was planted in 1970 and forms its own microclimate, where the air is clean and good to breathe. The area is partly still in a natural state and the area is undergoing renovation. Private duplex in the center of Joensuu. Cozy apartment with sauna, glazed balcony for evening sun and central, but quiet location: 1km to the market, 500m to the university. Parking lot in the courtyard, plus 8h puck spots on the street (8am-6pm). NOTE: Self-catering, i.e. you take care of the sheets and cleaning yourself. Please leave the apartment as tidy as it was when you arrived. Bring your own sheets or you can borrow from the closet. Washing and drying of borrowed sheets before departure 🙂✨

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

You will have a fully equipped kitchen with free coffee and tea. The apartment has a ready made queen size bed and you can also request for a single bed to be brought up into the living room for a third quest. The apartment has free Netflix, fresh towels and plenty of tableware. So come on in for a worry free and relaxed stay in Joensuu's top locations!

Villa was build 1999-2000 as a second home from the family with basic facilities criteria for everyday living. Basic principle was to have a place to calm down but also a house for remote work in home village. Place is pretty nice on top of the hill, scenery is wide almost all over ... tens of kilometers. Style is rustic with a light twist of retro functionalism. Now we have moved 200m, on the opposite side of the road, and we offer Villa for our quest. Your sincerely Leena & Juha

This cozy apartment with cooling air conditioning and a sauna is located near the campuses of the Central Hospital and the University of the University. Parking space. Check-in is hassle-free thanks to the key box. Beds for two in the bedroom are pre-made and the sofa bed gives an extra bed for a third. There's coffee, tea, spices, and more in the kitchen cabinets that are for our guests. In the summer, you can enjoy coffee from your own terrace!
