New (September 2023) apartment in the center of Joensuu, 500 meters from the university. Fully furnished, ideal for both short-term and long-term stays. The studio is for 2 persons, but can accommodate up to 4 people: additionally we can add 1 cot + fold-out bed for extra 50 euro, agreed in advance. Pool 600 meters away, cafe 200 meters away, market 1 km away, train station 2 km away. Spacious balcony, elevator, private parking with heating and charging. Perfect for convenience and comfort.

Renovated detached house - close to the center of Joensuu, along the street leading to the market square. Decorated to suit its era, with modern furnishings. Hotel-level linen and cleaning are included. Easy check-in with a key locker. The whole house (over 100m2) is at your disposal, plenty of space for families and work groups. Less than a kilometer to the university. Lovely park-like plot, close to a variety of exercise opportunities. Lots of parking space in the front and side yard.

Kuohu is a cozy, heated sauna cottage completed in 2015, located on the banks of a small river. To the sound of the rapids, you can relax in the sauna, grilling or by the glow of an outdoor fire. The cottage is located along a small dirt road, completely secluded. Koli National Park is about a 30-minute drive away, and Höytiäinen beach is just over 2 km away. Canoes and snowshoes are available for rent from us. Breakfast can be ordered in advance for €10/person.

Welcome to Lammenranta. We are a couple from Joensuu and we rent the downstairs of our house. The guest can access a spacious room with their own entrance. There is also a private toilet and laundry room, as well as a washer. The space has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle. Cutlery and crockery. Pets are welcome, there is a 10€ fee. We do not have an electric car charging facility. The nearest fast charging point is 600 meters away.
