Villa Myyry is a cozy and well-equipped villa on the banks of the Pielisjoki in the village of Kontiolahti Paihola. The villa has 77 m² downstairs and an additional large loft. The location is in a peaceful rural setting.  The driveway is there and there is plenty of parking space in the yard. Allergy friendly, pets are prohibited. The bike trail can be accessed directly from the yard or on the ice of the River Pielisjoki for snowshoeing. Ski resort Kontiolahti Biathlon is about 10km away. Landlord lives next door.

I'm sure you'll enjoy this apartment for a longer period of time. Completed in July 2023, the 62-square-foot triangle is located in Joensuu's screenshot area, which is a short walk to both the university and downtown services. The apartment is located on the fourth floor of the elevator house. Amenities include a glazed balcony, a living room electric fireplace and fan lamp, a 55-inch smart TV, internet, and a washing machine. For the smaller ones in the family, there's a travel crib, potty, and toys.

In the fireplace room, you'll find a refrigerator, water point, microwave, water, and coffee maker, etc. If necessary, we can also make a bed (80+80 x 200 cm) from the sofa bed in the back room. Villa was build 1999-2000 as a second home from the family with basic facilities criteria for everyday living. Basic principle was to have a place to calm down but also a house for remote work in home village. Place is pretty nice on top of the hill, scenery is wide almost all over ... tens of kilometers.
