Vacation rentals with a patio in Jocotepec

Our stay at Lilia's place was absolutely fantastic! The condo was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Lilia was a wonderful host. We especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, the comfortable bed, the lovely outdoor space. The location was perfect for what we needed and we truly felt at home. We highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay here again!

The views of the lake from the condo and from the rooftop patio were absolutely stunning. Greeting the day with a beautiful sunrise was enchanting. The small town of El Chante offered all the shopping I needed. Although there aren't many "dining out" options in El Chante, you can get a bus easily and within a few minutes have tons of restaurant options. Although there were a few issues with power and water outages, they were brief and LiaZa's great communication made it easy to navigate. The security team is exceptional. They were always friendly and ready to support. I would definitely consider returning to this property when I come back to the Lake Chapala area.

A very quiet place, in the village you can find several shops in case you need anything, there is security in the place, the pool water is warm and a very nice view.

We loved the accommodation, the house is very large and has a very nice terracita. The pool is bigger than it looks in the pictures and the water was hot even at night that the atmosphere was cold. The rooms are very spacious and each with its own bathroom, excellent for large groups. The host makes you feel right at home. We're definitely going back.

The accommodation is beautiful, super spacious and comfortable. Follow Marcela's instructions to get there because the climb up the street for cars is very bad. There is no heating in the pool and the water is cold

Excellent home and a great value overall. The second floor has a beautiful view of the lake with a jacuzzi. Bedrooms have nice air conditioning. Nicely located between Chapala and Ajijic. Host was very responsive.

Incredibly comfortable, large, enough bathrooms, hot water in the showers, the pool and the garden area is perfect as well as the view from the rooms and the balcony, I would stay again without thinking, Gerardo was always attentive answering questions, we even forgot something in the accommodation and he was always in contact until we recovered it.

A very good place to stay, with several cooking utensils, and a fan in the living room. In the master bedroom, there is a small desk to work. There is a very well-stocked store nearby, and there are places to eat and do laundry nearby.

It is the ideal home to rest as a family. It is totally well equipped, everything is very new, comfortable beds, relentless facilities, kitchen utensils and tableware in perfect condition and with all the amenities. The layout of the house is perfect for rest but also for having the privacy of each one who is at home. The pool is warm and the garden area is perfect. We had a really comfortable and relaxing weekend! They provided us with clear directions and wonderful contacts to make our stay even better! It's a plus that they have towels and basic personal hygiene items so you don't have to carry so much! The condo is quite quiet, the pool is large, and the apartment is quite comfortable. 😬 Thank you for all your attention!!!

Nice place to rest, very comfortable and cozy, privacy, tranquility, its pool with heated water and the area for the asada carnita. Acknowledgement to Mrs. Jessenia cleaning staff, forget my watch in the apartment and honestly returned it the day after our departure. Sergio also excellent service and follow-up to requests. I really enjoyed staying in the heart of Ajijic - close to the plaza and the excellent restaurants. The host was very responsive and the caretakers were very kind and friendly. I loved the cat that lived on the property too!

If you are looking for a nice and cozy living space, this is it. Beautiful landscaping in this peaceful gated community. with a great pool and within walking distance to many restaurants, a Plaza and a lake walkway. (malecon). I hope to return soon.
