We had a wonderful experience during our stay. The property is just a turn away from the express highway, and I recommend taking the expressway to reach the location. The area is surrounded by mountains and greenery, making it an ideal spot for anyone seeking peace and tranquillity, while still enjoying modern amenities. The caretakers at the property, Bhaskar and Priti, were incredibly helpful, and the five-star rating is a reflection of their excellent service. They ensured the place was clean, and the food was well-prepared.

Amazing Stay at Malhar by the Hills, Panchgani We had the most incredible 2-night, 3-day stay at Malhar by the Hills in Panchgani! Our group of 10 was blown away by how spacious, beautiful, and well-maintained the property was. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and stunning views that made us feel like we were in a peaceful retreat. The house is very well-equipped, with plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. The outdoor spaces were perfect for enjoying the crisp mountain air. A huge highlight of our stay was the food! The meals prepared for us were absolutely delicious and the staff was always available to help with anything we needed. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the food was always fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. We definitely recommend this place and will visit again for sure!

Place might be a bit hard to find but the host is very helpful. Caretaker there is also very helpful and nice. The pool has steps on the inside from one side, didn't realise it from the pictures. Kind of mattered to us since that became a hazard while playing pool games. Otherwise the pool and the house is great! The kitchen has everything with a good collection of various types of glasses. All amenities work well. Closer to the city so travel time was short. All in all, we had a great stay!

Fantastic stay last week! It felt like a peaceful oasis, reminds you of Central Park in NYC, green nestled amid tall apartments. Host was incredibly friendly and responsive, greeting us warmly upon arrival. The recently renovated villa boasts modern amenities, including RO water, a home theatre, a snooker table, and new AC units and geysers, big TV's, and more... With a group of 12, we enjoyed cooking lunch in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with a good range of cutlery. The pool was well-maintained and felt wonderfully private. We loved the decor, large paintings and furniture with a cared vintage and modern touch. You will be just 200 meters from a large shopping mall with around 20 dining options, we ordered a T-shirt via Swiggy, arriving in just 6 minutes!!!, The spacious sit-out areas near the pool and in the hall were perfect for our large group. The pets on the property were surprisingly well-behaved. Susmitha and her family were always just a ping away with a smile. Gr8

Loved the place! Everything was as described. The only issue is that the last stretch of road connecting to the place is not well-constructed. The market is also a bit far away, which worked for us since we had bought everything we could need beforehand itself.

Stayed at this peaceful 3BHK bungalow in a quiet locality, it was perfect! The house was spotless, spacious and well-maintained. Met the hosts while checking in, very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended for a tranquil escape!

The best is Marlene's caretaker, sweet couple to take care of all needs. Marlene.. I would give you 30% credit and rest 70% credit to Kaka and Kaki.. Amazing stay.. defenitely recommend to others. :)

The Villa is beautiful. It's new and well maintained. Very clean. They provided ample towels as well. They even accommodated our request of early check in. Also provided us with extra mattresses. Good restaurants around the property. Zomato Swiggy also delivers so very convenient.

It was a good stay. Location is good situated nearby good restaurants. Property is clean ish. However, would recommend a few things Cons 1. Two bedrooms smelled of smoke. 2. One bedroom downstairs bathroom wasn't clean enough 3. We were a group of women and were uncomfortable with a caretaker lingering around the house and were not able to use the common room. This should have been highlighted. Pros 1. Property is spacious 2. Caretaker is helpful. 3. There is parking space available too (however it's little tight for a big car) 4. Hosts were responsive 5. A Perfect Weekend Getaway! We had an amazing stay at Bhor Green Hills Hideaway! The place is peaceful, clean, and perfect for a weekend escape. The ACs were working well, which made the stay even more comfortable. A big shoutout to Sandeep, the caretaker—he was super helpful and ensured everything was taken care of. The meals were absolutely delicious, and we really enjoyed the local food. Best part? Our pet had a fantastic time too! The open space and welcoming vibe made it truly pet-friendly. Highly recommend this place—we’ll definitely be coming back!

My family had a very comfortable stay and we're quite happy. The apartment has many amenities that you can avail and the best part is the location is very scenic. Kimaya was very responsive and prompt. Overall the stay was good.

Our stay at this beautiful property was nothing short of magical — photos honestly don’t do justice. The lush garden stretches like your own private landscape, and the serene lake-touch view is simply breathtaking. At night, the moonlight reflecting off the water creates the most peaceful and surreal setting. Sherna, our host, was incredibly responsive. A special heartfelt mention to Munshi and Sunita—this stay wouldn’t have been the same without them. Munshi, the ever-smiling and warm caretaker, made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, always around yet never intrusive. And Sunita… what a gem! Her food was honestly the highlight of our day, every single day. Home-style, packed with love, and absolutely delicious—every meal felt like a warm hug. She made us feel like family, not guests. It’s rare to find a place that feels so personal, peaceful, and cared for. I’d come back in a heartbeat.

First of all, thank you Trupti for being such a wonderful host :). Everything at Srinivas Farms was excellent!! We spent a great time over there. Right from the booking time, till we left the place, Trupti was there to help with all queries. My husband needs a wheel chair but even for him, everything was quite okay. Food provided by a local family was yummy!! and again Trupti was to prompt in helping with sharing the menu, guiding for quantity.. everything . I loved the way she called me up just to check if we are okay or we need any help. The caretaker - Vikram, was also very helpful and in fact he went an extra mile to get some medicine urgently as soon as we reached. The kitchen has all basic stuff like tea, coffee, milk and required utensils. Everything clean and good quality. The rooms are spacious, toilets big enough and clean and the whole house is extremely well designed and well furnished. very quiet place, pet friendly, an excellent place to spend a weekend!!

Nilam is a Superhost - extremely friendly, pro-active, keen to help, passionate about her place and honest. The Place has everything as described - Stunning Views, Privacy, Nature's Blessings & basic amenities good enuf for a small family for a comfy stay. Sharing the below to help set right expectations & feel content: 2 rooms + attached bathrooms + a verandah. Gr. floor room is like a small studio room (bed & kitchenette). Upstairs room is woodworked bedroom and a verandah with a lovely view. The place is an outcome of Nilam's beautiful plan of a cosy nest away from mundane city bustle. It has all necessary provisions (power, mobile charging, heater, fans, kitchen utilities) and also tasty, delectable, homely food arranged by Nilam ... making it a satisfying stay. Next time, I hope to get to meet Nilam's friends - squirrels, birds & other cohabitants. Can safely recommend to small family for a comfortable stay ... can highly recommend to make friendship with a lovely person.

The stay was comfortable, and the private pool added a luxurious touch to the whole experience.Villa is same as shown in pictures.Just pool is small which was not expected.Mangement was responsive and helpful.Big spacious balcony we had a great anniversary celebration with our family.I would recommend this Villa for everyone.

Ajit Thorat is a great host and the property is excellent. the property is conveniently located near the Mapro gardens and nearby straberry farms. nice arrangements for a group of 7 people. above all the tarrace area covered is having good amenities like foot massager and indoor games. enjoyed party in that area with family. bedrooms and washrooms are big and clean.

It was a last minute find on Airbnb. And I must say we were really happy to find such place with kind of Manali vibe due to the typical wooden structure and a great lake view where you can stare at all day!!! Food was great so was the host and the caretaker Ram. Had a memorable short outing! Thanks to the team!!!
