Peaceful Clayton Village home in a very convenient location. 3 blocks to museums, cafes, fine dining, and a large playground and park and offers a Saturday farmers market. Our home features 2 separate family room areas with Smart TVs, comfortable leather furnishings and tasteful artistic decor the kitchen is fully equipped open and airy, and two comfortable bedrooms, each with several windows for views and breeze. Come relax at our peaceful place on North Sandy Pond that boasts some of the most stunning sunsets. Just a 5 min. boat ride to Boaters beach/Lake Ontario. The pond side of our home feat. a patio w/ gazebo, hottub, & fire pit that overlooks the water. Also feat. a boat launch & dock for small boats/pontoons. Kayaks & a paddle board that are welcomed to be used. Other side you will find the elms golf course, clubhouse/restaurant (5min walk/2min ride) and friendly chipman lane, great for a walk!
