It was perfect for our family and was close to the family that we travelled to visit!

Thanks to Madeline for a lovely stay. The home was beautifully decorated and exactly as described! The spacious and modern kitchen was perfect for talking and sipping as we cooked dinner.

This place is absolutely beautiful. It was perfect for what we needed and so comfy. The house was extremely clean and had so many things there to use that we didn’t have to bring/purchase ahead of time. Would 100% stay here again. Thank you!

After the recent passing of my Mom, I needed a getaway to relax , unwind and clear my head . I wanted someplace cozy and private, surrounded by nature. I knew nothing of the area but was very pleased. So quite and relaxing. SUPER clean, very impressive, no details overlooked. While relaxing in the hot tub, you could hear an owl calling in the distance. Exactly what I needed. Thank you for sharing your beautiful cottage with us.

This location was a must. Anyone visiting the Taylorville area needs to contact Meg and stay at Edgewater Resort. This place was 5 starts all the way. Meg was a great host. Can't wait to visit and stay again!

We meet up here with family every year, and this was our first time staying in 77. It was wonderful to be so close to the pool, and had lots of things to make our stay easy! Already planning our trip back next year!

Lovely cottage. Had a wonderful stay. The hot tub was fabulous. Perfect weekend.

Great home. Very clean, comfortable beds. We traveled with a girls softball team. Our girls had good space to hang out and enjoyed the community. The neighborhood was cute with pretty surroundings. We had to reach out to Kelli for a few items and she was extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend this home!

Cliff was very helpful and responsive, we were in town on a job so there was plenty of space for people who don’t normally travel together. It was a very cold week so the hot tub was just what we needed! Would absolutely recommend.

We’ve stayed here several times over the last few years and we plan on continuing to do so on our annual Kentucky trip.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Jared’s cottage! Everything was exactly as it was advertised. Our stay was very peaceful and relaxing. It was the perfect get away for a few days and we made the right decision to stay at Jared’s place. I would highly recommend to anyone!

Fantastic historic place with all the comforts of home! Convenient to bourbon country, great restaurants and bars, and recreational options for all tastes.

This is my second stay with Julia at their cottage. It’s a remarkable piece of property. I spent a weekend last summer there and couldn’t imagine it being more peaceful until spending a weekend there this winter with all the rolling hillsides covered in snow. Julia is very responsive and communicates very quickly and efficiently. The cottage is so cozy and comfortable. The kitchen is really well appointed. There were boatloads of little extras this time including snacks, lotions, body wash and shower steamers. The coffee station is well stocked as well. It’s less than an hour from Louisville and the absolute perfect retreat for a weekend of quiet if you’re looking to unwind, read, make a meal or two and enjoy some solitude.

This is a good spot and was worth the price. It had everything our group needed and made for a comfy stay. The only things that I have that are even kind of negative are the lack of a few cleaning/trash supplies (no big deal, the host was graciously okay with us just piling stuff near the trash can on our way out) and the kind of creepy basement. But overall excellent place, exactly what you want out of a BnB in Louisville.

Nice little house and Tom gave all the information we would need. We attended the farm and machinery show and the house is in a great location for the expo center. The one and only downside that we had is that the bathroom is a little cramped. All in all I would stay here again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the charming cottage in Floyd’s Knobs! The communication from the owner was excellent from start to finish, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience. The cottage itself was perfect for us—cozy, beautifully maintained, and situated in a setting with views of Louisville in the distance. It was the ideal spot to relax and recharge. We truly couldn’t have asked for more and are already looking forward to staying here again in the future. Highly recommend!

Perfect location if you are visiting Bardstown, KY. Walking distance to downtown Bardstown, quiet, lots of room for 6 people and clean. I also love the fact that we stayed in a historic house.

The place was very nice. Very clean and quiet. Loved how peaceful it was the entire time. Can’t wait to come back and stay again.

Sherri’s cottage was perfect for our family (2 adults, 2 elementary kids). I loved the birdsong all around and the privacy of the home. The location was perfect- close to our family and to lots of restaurants and shopping. Sherri was helpful in her communication and thoughtful. The house was perfect for us- we could put the kids to bed upstairs and then watch tv downstairs for a bit. It stayed warm and cozy against the cold winter wind. I also appreciated having the washer and dryer so we didn’t have to bring so much luggage. It’s also the perfect place for a writing retreat if I can get away one weekend without the kiddos ;) Overall- I loved our stay and highly recommend it to another small family!
