Unique cottage made of earthen materials in the woods by a creek. This place is small! (12' x 16') but makes up for it in charm with artistic touches everywhere. Only 15 minutes from downtown Lawrence, KU, and I-70. Plus, it has a sauna for you to enjoy.The sauna converts to a shower with hot water. NO INDOOR TOILET. The composting toilet is right outside the door on the deck so is easy to reach. We pride ourselves on it being a pleasant environment and NOT stinky!
