Apartment of 50m2 on the ground floor of a village house. Jarjayes is 10 minutes from Gap, 15 minutes from Tallard and its aerodrome. The Quiet and Peaceful Village, perched at over 900 m above sea level, is a great starting point for hikers and mountain bikers. New and spacious accommodation. Views of the mountains from the deck. The apartment located on the ground floor of our house has completely independent access. Not overlooked, free parking. Shops at 400 m, city center 5 minutes away. Please note: The access staircase is irregular and has 30 steps including 10 narrow steps. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility. We provide the sheets but please remember to take your towels.
