This house is one of the best I have ever stayed in. Wonderful, amazing, clean house, well located, close to everything. Jovina is very helpful, very polite, made us feel very comfortable, welcomed us very well. The best house in Januária, paradise of the city, 1000 points, congratulations

It was a very positive experience, everything happened according to the listing and the host's information, I was surprised by the organization and quality of all the environments and items in the house, a lot of affection in everything you see in the house, very cozy. Great location!

All great! We went to visit the Carvernas do Peruaçu National Park and we really enjoyed staying in Januária. The house is large, good beds, super clean. Supermarket nearby, bar selling fish from São Francisco at the door with excellent price! The owner of the house is attentive and super easy to communicate with. It is well worth :)

Lugar seguro e bem-localizado. Fica no centro da cidade, onde tem tudo próximo, é em frente a rampa da rodoviária, tem supermercados, farmácia, padaria, restaurantes, ceasa (onde ocorre a feira nos sábados), centro comercial, hamburgueria, pizzaria, banco sicoob, posto de gasolina e etc. Apartamentos funcionais, bem frescos e arejados. Disponibilizamos toalhas e roupa de cama. - Localizado no segundo andar com escadas. - Não tem estacionamento privativo, apenas o estacionamento da rodoviária.

It is in the city center, where everything is close, it is in front of the bus station ramp, there are supermarkets, a pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, CEASA (where the fair takes place on Saturdays), shopping center, hamburger shop, pizzeria, SICOOB bank, gas station, etc. Functional apartments, very fresh and airy. Towels and bed linen are available. - Located on the first floor with stairs. - There is no private parking, only the bus station parking.
