This delightfully atmospheric, over a hundred-year-old small cottage invites you to stop in a peaceful milieu by nature and indulge in the presence alone or together.The ❤️ cottage comfortably accommodates 3-4, but in the summer time, the cottage's attic also has sleeping arrangements for three. The place is in the middle of nowhere, but within a humanly reachable distance of several attractions and services. The nearest shops are about 15 minutes' drive and public transport (train) is about 5 km from the property.

The restaurant downstairs is karaoke on Fridays and Saturdays, causing noise. The property can be rented for 10 people in a cosy outdoor sauna with a fireplace.

Makuuhuoneessa parisänky, olohuoneessa vuodesohva ja vuodetuoli. Lyhyt kävelymatka ydinkeskustaan. Upeat ulkoilupolut lähellä, samoin hyvät bussiyhteydet mm. rautatieasemalle. Paritalon toinen puolikas, isäntäväki asuu toisella puolella. Pari makuuhuonetta, isot oleskelutilat, keittiö ja saunaosasto. Käytössä myös terassi ja aidattu takapiha. Rauhallinen omakotitaloalue. Juhlia ei ole sallittu! Olemme järven lähellä, mutta rantaan ei ole pääsyä. Lähimmät uimarannat ovat Idänpään tai Matkolammin uimaranta, jotka molemmat sijaitsevat noin 1,5 km päässä. Hämeenlinnan keskusta on vain reilun kolmen kilometrin päässä, ja lähimmälle golfkentällekin on vain reilu kilometri.

The manor barn

This particular place is full of history. Join a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to get to know the estate's premises. Tallicafe, which operates in Tervakoski during the summer, can be found in the apartment's own yard. Suruttoman beach, as well as Puuhamaa, can be found 1.6 km from the property. The journey is beautiful on foot or by car. Grocery stores and a pharmacy are about a kilometer away. Tervakoski swimming pool and Kino movie theater are less than a kilometer away.

Living room accommodation. ( bedroom locked) Other rooms in use. For guests staying several nights, I will move the bed to the living room. Peaceful apartment on the 6th floor, about 2 km from the train station/ center. Easy to get to by car, too. There is an elevator in the house. Glazed balcony. One photo shows a layout that shows which spaces are available to the guest. There are no others in the apartment during the guest, so the toilet/ bathroom is for the guest to use.

Small cottage in the countryside (no public transport)

Atmospheric cottage with balcony. Small sauna for two people. Aweather pump and fireplace. Suitable for relaxation. A smart TV with apps that run on a guest's own mobile data connection. A very modest gas grill is available. We live next door, but the cottage has its own yard. There is a small public swimming pool a mile away. Please note that we only rent to confirmed guests. Please bring your own sheets and towels. Hand towels are provided on behalf of the house.

Cozy studio within walking distance of the city center

Welcome to enjoy privacy just within walking distance of the center of Hämeenlinna. Aulanko activities (ski trails) and up to four golf courses from us 10 min. by car. Fully renovated cozy studio in a 50s single-family home (private entrance, private parking, and own tiny terrace). The studio has a well-equipped kitchen, the living room/bedroom has a TV (Netflix), a couch, and a double bed. On the glass porch, you can enjoy unhurried morning coffee.
