Filled with art, books, a big comfy couch and fireplace for and wood fired oven on the new large private deck. We are family friendly, but ask that you respect all of the pieces we have left there for your to enjoy.

Come and enjoy the open space. Our guest house is situated on 32 acres of country landscape with ocean views. Comfortably furnished. Large king bed, bunk room, fold out queen koala sofa & two single fold out occasional chairs. Both Bathroom have 2 showers 2 toilets. ( dormitory style bathrooms ) Modern kitchen with appliances. Outdoor bbq area, fire pit and plenty of room to play. Less than 5 mins drive to Torquay beach and shops. The best part is the freedom and fresh air:)

Welcome to the vibrant surf side town of Torquay, gateway to the Great Ocean Road. Guests have their own private entrance into the completely private downstairs guest wing. The area is modern, light, airy and spacious. It is the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Sea Breeze is located in the Surf View Estate. It is a twenty minute walk or short drive to the beach and only a ten minute walk to the surf shops, cafes and breweries precinct on the Surf Coast Highway.
