The apartment is exactly as described in the advertisement. Neighborhood and place of the very quiet and quiet dwelling. Supermercado and bakery 2 blocks away. Raul very attentive and left us cold beer, coffee and complimentary sweets. Air conditioning in 2 bedrooms and bathrooms with hot water. Everything works inside the apartment. I would come back other times.

The overall stay was great.. the location was not where I expected it to believe. The apartment is on the fifth floor with no elevator. But it does have a nice master bedroom and it has computer and a washer and dryer and Mini appliances for cooking which is a plus. This unit would be ideal for long-term stays. The host was very kind the neighborhood is very safe. There is supermarkets located nearby in a couple of restaurants. I would recommend for long-term stay with family

Incredibly convenient for people looking to do any kind of business in the Tequedama area, such as medical treatments, plastic and dental surgeries. Close to restaurants, supermarkets such as Exito or D1. Marcela the host is simply spectacular. Thank you very much Javier.

The images presented in the listing are truly impressive, but the experience of viewing it in person far surpasses all expectations. A serene and peaceful atmosphere awaits you, providing stunning views of Cali from both balconies. The security measures in place are of the highest standard, including 24/7 surveillance, security cameras, and daily police patrols to ensure a safe and secure stay. There are numerous restaurants just a short $2-5 Uber ride away. While walking is an option, please note that the route includes a significant number of very steep hills. I will definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Cali.

Ronald and staff were very helpful during my stay. As I stayed 1 month, I met other guests who told me they liked the place and will book here again. I would highly recommend this place to others. It's in walking distance to Chipichape Mall and eating places. I really enjoyed my stay and will return!!

Well, this property was very nice and accommodating. Everything was described accurately in the posted pictures and the premises was well protected. I say well protected because there is a guard / doorkeeper posted there to greet everyone who enters 24/7. I was not disappointed with anything during my stay in this Airbnb but there was one little exception . . . . The little windows over the kitchen sink had no blinds / shades which means that there was no way to block out the sunlight in the early morning hours. Well that means trying to grab a couple extra hours of sleep in the morning can be difficult because of the sunlight glaring through those windows into your face. Other than that, everything was ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING HERE AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY 😇 ! I would rent this again !

This is the best place that I have stayed to regret q separate it at the last minute because I had a bad experience in another place in less than an hour already in this place they had it ready everything super clean. The spotless place everyone's attention was spectacular always answered my messages very quickly. The apartment is a super comfortable dream and tremendous location overall everything was perfect.

Unforgettable experience! The apartment in Habitare Cristales exceeded all my expectations. It's comfortable, modern, and immaculately clean. Its design is truly spectacular, every detail is thoughtfully designed for comfort and style. The location is perfect, in a quiet area, safe and close to Parque del Perro, ideal for exploring Cali. However, the best part was definitely the jacuzzi: a panoramic view that leaves you speechless, especially at sunset! I would recommend this place once and a thousand times. I hope to be back soon.

Very good host, the place is just like the photos. Modern, tidy, quiet and zero noise. It has all the amenities and has a very attractive terrace in the building. It is close to restaurants, tourist areas. I would have to stay again when I go to Cali.

Great location, great apartment. Exactly as listed, clean, well-equipped. It’s quiet besides the birds from the nearby hill gently waking you up in the morning. Host was communicative and all instructions easy to follow. Perfect wifi. Only thing to note is that the laundry room and sauna room are not in fact free of charge, and the listing ought to reflect that clearly.
