Vacation rentals with beach access in Jamestown

Tom and Cindi were wonderful hosts. Their Airbnb was immaculate, very well equipped. Situated in a quiet and easily accessible neighborhood you are close to several fantastic restaurants. The view of the shoreline is a few steps away with Newport and all it's attractions only a 30 minute ride.

Wonderful stay! Perfect location for our travel needs and close to the downtown area but far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle. The space was incredibly clean and was just enough for what we needed. Alice and Jesse were responsive and helpful! Would definitely stay again.

Jay was an excellent host for my four-day stay. The location, cleanliness, parking convenience, and homey feeling all five star for the value. Liked Best: Very quiet, clean, lots of space, feather bed resulted in good deep sleep. Next time: I will know where the AC remote is without having to bother Jay. blessings and thanks, Doug / Dallas

Reda’s place was absolutely perfect for a week-long stay - I felt so at home. I was visiting family who live just down the road, but needed a space of my own to work and relax between visiting with family; it fit my needs to the “t”. The kitchen was fully stocked with all utensils (even a can opener!), so I was able to cook a great meal after a long day of work. The neighborhood is peaceful and accessible; I loved going for a run over to New Bedford and back. Reda was always around to say “hi”. My family and I will definitely be back! Thank you, Reda!

We had a very nice weekend staying at Karen's. Her place on Spring Street is walkable to many restaurants, shops, Thames Street and the waterfront. The apartment was clean and has good light. We would be happy to come back again.

Excellent apartment in the heart of downtown Newport. Walking distance to everything. Clean, beautiful. Appreciated the outdoor porch space. If I had to pick one small negative is only that outdoor night life, road traffic noise somewhat loud even after 11pm. Would definitely stay again!

This place was exactly what we needed while in Rhode Island. Mews Tavern was right across the street, Brickleys Ice Cream was quick walk down the street and URI was a quick 10 minute ride. We're hoping to be able to use this place again while visiting our son at URI.

This was a great place for my daughter and I to stay during our college tour trip. It’s only a 10 minute drive to URI and much nicer than a hotel. The apartment is super cute, well equipped and very clean. William is very responsive and helpful. Happy to know it’s there in case my daughter decides to go to URI . I’d definitely book again.

This cottage was absolutely gorgeous, homey, beautifully decorated, perfectly situated, and super comfortable. Host was friendly and responsive. I can't recommend this property enough!! Bonus: Jo's Bistro next door is delicious!!

Alan & Alexis’ place was lovely. Exactly like the pictures and so many amenities like coffee machine, baby cribs, high chair, toys and was well stocked with coffee, paper towel, toilet paper, dishwashing tablets etc to make your stay just like st home. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. The location was great and very quiet looking over the ocean. The house was very clean. Would definitely return! Highly recommend

Jason’s place was perfect, very clean and had everything you need. He was proactive and very helpful. Gave us great recommendations for things to do and food in the area. Would have loved to stay longer. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Newport.

Katie’s house was beautiful for our girls’ trip. It is extremely walkable to restaurants and the beach, and her home is well stocked and very clean and comfortable! No complaints at all!!!

I've stayed at many Airbnbs before, but this one may be may new favorite. I came here with my boyfriend and two other couples for a little pre-birthday/MDW getaway and it was absolutely perfect for our needs! The location is truly unbeatable--right on the water in a private little cove, while only a 10-15 minute drive from downtown Newport. The pictures don't do the place justice--it was even better than we could have imagined. Waking up to beautiful blue ocean views every morning was one of the highlights of the trip. We also loved being able to grill and eat outside on the deck overlooking the harbor. Lisel and her team were extremely responsive and very helpful. They even dropped by extra trash bags on our last morning. The only thing we had some trouble with was opening the front door since the lock was a little difficult but it's an older house so that's expected. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the Jamestown/Newport area! We hope to be back soon!!

Clean clean sparkling clean! This Airbnb is in the perfect location to walk to all the shops, restaurants, and anything you want to do in downtown Newport! The beds were super cozy and the unit came with all the amenities you need for a trip, even beach towels and tissues in every room! The hosts were very friendly and accommodating and checking in/out was a piece of cake. Will def be staying here again next time we are in Newport!

We rented Kathi's place for our girls trip to Newport! It was plenty big and spacious to comfortably accommodate our group of 5. The best part is the prime location! Couldn't have asked for a better one - the Bodhi spa is right across the street, good restaurants that we could just walk to, plenty of shopping on the street. Kathi was always very responsive and even gave us early check-in, which we truly appreciated. Having free parking is a bonus on Thames St, you know if you have ever been to Newport! Overall we all had a fabulous time. Thanks Kathi.

We really enjoyed our stay here. the location is great -- walkable to a lot of the restaurants and shops in town and the ferry. The Airbnb is as described -- bring your own sheets and towels. I felt like the price was really good compared to other places on the island. very clean, comfortable beds.

We love staying here. This was our 3rd or 4th year in a row that we stayed here. It is a great location so close to the beach and the inlet. The unit is always neat and clean and Courtney and Chris are great hosts.

This apartment was fantastic. All new, very comfortable, and super clean. Perfect spot for my weekend visit to Brown/RISD with family. Great location on Benefit St, right next to the new Brown Bee Coffee shop, which is excellent. Firas was a super responsive and friendly host. I hope to stay there again on a future visit.

Simple, clean, close the beach!

Phil’s place is lovely. It gives a quaint fishingman’s home feel with modern appliances and a neat finish. It’s right in the middle of downtown New Bedford. My family came in from out of town and it perfectly fit my parents and grandma. I had the unfortunate experience of my other Airbnb canceling last minute and Phil’s place was available. I’m so grateful that Phil’s Airbnb was open and in a perfect location with gorgeous amenities. Thanks Phil!
