the apartment was clean with beautiful surroundings. Odette is super friendly and responded quick to any of my questions. it was worth the price, although we didn't have free wifi as the it shows that here, however, I would say that this apartment is even more beautiful than what is showing in the pictures here, the pictures doesn't do it justice. I stayed for 10 days and it felt like home. would definitely book the place again whenever I'm visiting Fumba again.

Hamad was a very responsive host, even though he was not living locally. He communicated promptly and made sure that he made arrangements to deal with any issues I had. For example, on the first day I enquired about an ironing board (in my last rented apartment I didn’t have one) and the next thing I knew one had been bought for me.

Ik verbleef er met twee vriendinnen. De ontvangst was heel goed geregeld, Jo is een geweldige gastvrouw, die altijd voor ons klaar stond. Ook heel fijn dat er al van alles aanwezig was zoals kruiden, olie etc. Maar het aller allermooiste was toch echt de locatie. Niet normaal mooi, loved it!! Huisje was ook heel knus en gezellig en schoon! Ik raad het iedereen aan

Fantastic location on the ocean, with fabulous views from all terraces and especially from the upper outside deck. Great open plan living space with views and spacious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms . The staff were incredibly welcoming, kind and discreet, always there to greet and assist. The property and gardens are really well designed and have a great flow. Superb walks to the reefs at low tide. The remote location provides great privacy and relaxation, highly recommended. We will be back!

Jerome was a great host, very responsive and proactive he accommodated all our needs. The house is magical, located in a local villa, is very private and one minute walking from a beautiful beach and some hotels where you can spend the day or have a nice meal. Also ver spacious the house can accommodated numerous people comfortable. We loved the pool where you can hang out listening to the birds. We will definitely come back.

Our group of 5 was comfortably accommodated and spent so much time in the beautiful open treehouse upstairs. Even during the rain we were kept nice and dry upstairs. We enjoyed the food made by the private chef and all the staff were very accommodating and responsive! Visits from the dogs on the property were such a lovely addition. We felt very at home and would love to come back sometime, especially during another season when the swimming is better. Bonus - the sunsets from the gazebo around the corner from the beach were spectacular. Make sure you take advantage of the beautiful grounds and walks around the area!

Amazing, quiet and beautifull place that is even better than the photos. Friendly and responsive staff and good and well priced food. Really nice pool which we used a lot do to the heat, as the Ocean is really warm. 28-29 cel in feb. We loved the quiet surroundings in the villa and really at home. The Local community just outside the door was amazing to interact with and the Move Zanzibar community center just 250 m from the villa is a must. Seing the fishernan come in with the tides and all food they harvest in the Ocean is just outside the door. Just go there🤩especially if you like place that is away from the massive tourist crowds up north near Nungwi Biggest recommandations from us. 6 people (16-49) from Denmark and we the entire villa1. Simone was een geweldige host! Reageerde super snel. Saïd haalde ons van het vliegveld en stond altijd paraat. Mtumwa poetse geweldig! Brandschoon. Bedden werden elke 4 dagen heerlijk verschoond. Bij uitval van electriciteit en water was er een generator. Fijn! Strand voor de deur niet echt schoon, maar klein stukje lopen en je hebt een fijn strand. In huis een info map met allerlei tips voor uitstapjes. Je kunt de hulpzame Saïd als chauffeur vragen, of iemand anders. Kinderen uit de buurt spelen voor de deur op het strand. Wij hebben er van genoten! Zet om 17.30 je stoel op het strand en kijk naar de visserbootjes die met hun vangst terugkomen. Het huis heeft een heerlijke veranda met eettafel en stoelen, waar je kunt ontbijten etc. Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf van 4 weken gehad en danken Simone voor de goeie communicatie! Tip: neem eea voor de kinderen mee. Ze zijn echt arm.

This AirBnB is located within Villa de Coco in Jambiani. It was the perfect place for my family and I and we are already looking at dates for when we can return. We couldn't have asked for a better experience on Zanzibar!

The villa was absolutely beautiful. It looks much bigger in real life than in the pictures. It’s right next to the beach, making it easy to go for long walks along the shore. There are also many local restaurants nearby. I want to thank Grace ❤️ and the security gentleman for their help and kindness—they truly made my stay special!
