Hof von Donnerschwee / Helene apartment

The Donnerschwee farm, first mentioned in 1937 and later built, is located in the northeast of the city of Oldenburg and was the first settlement house on the square. The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. The surroundings impress with their proximity to the Donnerschwee meadows and their beautiful cycling and walking paths. Nevertheless, everyday necessities are within a few minutes' walk or on foot.

Enjoy the beautiful surroundings of this romantic spot in nature. The beautifully appointed small apartment is ideal for two adults with or without a child. In addition to the fully equipped apartment, the small playground right outside the front door, the natural pond, the sauna and the fireplace can be used. Each by arrangement. The old half-timbered farmhouse with outbuildings is surrounded by a park-like property with forest. Sauna fee of €10,- is to be paid on site.

Enjoy the view of cow pastures and watch cows, rabbits or pheasants. The Watterlebnis Sehestedt is right behind the dike. On the shore of our natural pond is our cozy wooden house. It is reminiscent of a vacation in Sweden… to top off this flair, you can relax in the in-house sauna and forget the stress of everyday life. We live together with two dogs in a secluded location on the edge of a small forest. Ideal for cycling enthusiasts. From here you can start great tours through the Ammerland! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. Our Fewo Samtchel is located in our idyllic courtyard complex surrounded by meadows and creek runs in the guest wing with its own guest entrance to the main house upstairs. It includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 bathroom and a large living-dining kitchen area. The wellness area is on the first floor of the guest staircase with terrace to the garden.

This unique place has a style all its own. On 85 square meters, the cozy living room with open kitchen, a small office and the pretty guest toilet are located on the first floor. The staircase leads to the gallery, where there is a comfortable sofa bed and a TV. The bedroom has a spacious box-spring bed and the directly adjacent bathroom.
