Ski Sugarloaf, bike the Carrabassett Valley trails, hike the Bigelow Preserve, or just relax by the river - this area has it all!

You can be surrounded by nature but only minutes from lovely restaurants, local shops, grocery store, gas station and tons of trails, rivers & lakes for snowshoeing, XC, snowmobiling, hiking, huts, MTB, kayaking & more.

The cabin sits in a quiet neighborhood, 10 minutes from Sugarloaf for skiers with miles of dirt roads and hiking trails. The lake is perfect for swimming, canoeing and kayaking. Enjoy the all new appliances and fully stocked kitchen and outdoor grill. ATV trails are within a mile and fishing is outstanding in the area. No Jet Skis on Lake!

Moose River Rustic Camp

The cabin has one bedroom with a king size bed, large living area with the most lovely fireplace, small well equipped kitchen and bathroom. It sleeps 3-4 comfortably. There is a queen sized pull out sofa. The cabin is in Moose River, next to Jackman, the area one of the best places to snowmobile in the country. Trails are accessible right from the cabin. The perfect place for snowmobiling, ATV, fishing, hunting, relaxing and hibernating. Perfect sportsman cabin.

Moosehead Lake, Snowmobile Trails, Hot Tub

Unwind, recharge and reconnect at our beautiful house on Moosehead Lake. A short path takes you down to the lake and a pebble stone beach to swim, use our 4 kayaks, soak in our 4 season outdoor hot tub, or just relax with a good book. Access both the snowmobile and ATV trails from the driveway! Plenty of parking for trailers for all of your powersport toys. The Beaver Cove Marina is a short drive away and provides convenient access to launch your boat for the day.

Chalet des Aurores / rest at the lake and spa

A magical stay where three elements seduce our guests: a breathtaking starry sky, a relaxing hot tub, and a fireplace that warms hearts. This comfortable chalet combines relaxation and respect for the environment, for an experience in harmony with nature. To consider before booking: Far from major centers, it promises a total change of scenery. No cell coverage, but Wi-Fi is there to connect you to what you need. Peaceful atmosphere: party-goers are not welcome.

Stream-side mountain retreat

This attractively renovated camp in the High Peaks region of western Maine is the perfect place to get away and unplug. Surrounded by conservation land, the camp is airy and bright, with views opening onto woods and stream, and is well screened. Solar panels provide water and electricity. There's limited satellite internet service for emailing and texting, and sometimes phone through wifi, depending on your service provider.

Lucky Duck Lodge

Privacy and comfort are yours when you stay in this spacious four season cabin which offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with its own private ponds. The cabin is supplied with linens, towels, well equipped kitchen, A/C, WiFi, screened in porch, cozy rock fireplace, picnic table, fire pit, grill and beautiful scenery. Pets are welcomed for a fee of $20 per pet per day and campfire wood is available $5 a bundle.
