Vacation rentals with a patio in Parque Meia Lua

I spent a weekend with my family during a visit to a family member in town and we love everything. Location, apartment, ease of access, parking, common area of the condominium, in short, all according to the mentioned Co-host Carol passed us. In passing, it served us in all our doubts and needs. Very obg for everything Carol, we find our place in the city always out there. Wonderful location close to the main points of the city such as squares, shopping malls, bars etc. Fair price. I recommend! Apto houses with comfort 4 people, but we went in 5 and my son stayed on the sofa bed in the living room where he stayed with a lot of tranquility and well accommodated. Impeccable kitchen utensils as well as equipment such as refrigerator, stove, coffee maker and other very new ones. Two great bathrooms with a spectacular shower. Note 10.

It was a very quiet stay! The apartment is in the center of SJC, so we got to all the places we wanted quickly, including restaurants, shopping malls, etc. The building was very good and safe, the staff very attentive. About the apartment itself, the cleanliness was impeccable! It is a good size for 2 people and is very cozy, comfortable bed, hot shower… Regina, the host, was very quick to respond to us and very helpful too! Check-in was at 2 p.m., but we arrived in SJC at 9 a.m. So I asked if I could work in the condominium study until check-in time at the apartment. She totally understood and let us stay there, the study room is comfortable and quiet. It was really worth it

Excellent apartment, well located. Garage requires the driver, but it's not the host's fault, of course. Excellent stay and there is a bakery and 24-hour restaurant at the entrance to the condominium, which was perfect for me. Whenever I go to SJC I'll see the availability.

A pleasantly decorated apartment with everything it takes for a quiet stay. The condominium has a mini market that helps replenish something needed. The neighborhood is very quiet. There is no agitation, cars or motorcycles passing by making noise. It's very familiar and nice. But you really need a car or Uber to get around because you don't have a lot of establishment nearby. For those who need to use as a home office, it is not so suitable as it does not have a table or chairs suitable for this work. But in the city there are pleasant libraries that can be used for this, just move around.

The house is in a very private place, surrounded by nature, singing of birds and something that I have not seen for years, FIREFLIES. Just like the pictures. The wonderful pool, a comfortable and beautiful lining, a cascade of stone with ice-cold water on the side, a delight for the super hot days we caught. Paulo was super cordial, attentive, and easy to communicate. It is well worth staying there. A tip that is always good to pass on, make a purchase with everything so you don't have to go out and stop enjoying the day, as it is a little far from the city center. The house is great, the hosts have been very helpful, friendly and kind. The house is fully functional and equipped with everything we may need. Out was the cleanliness and the wonderful smell that was when I arrived. I really appreciate it and we will definitely be back.

We were in the family during the Christmas period. The place is great and serves large groups. We had some occurrences with a lack of water, so much so that the children's pool was not used. The pool cascade did not work either, due to another stay that damaged and the pool's air-conditioner. There were 2 broken beds in the house, which were removed. On the football field there were large anthills which made it impossible for children to take full advantage. But in general it has great structure, cleaning and materials for use in the house. Improving these issues, especially when something is damaged so as not to harm the next stay is important. Sr Genivaldo and Dona Maria were helpful in what was possible to do and resolve during our stay. Overall, it would be a great place to make a new stay reservation.

The apartment is super complete and was great for our stay. It contains an equipped kitchen and 3 en-suites that comfortably accommodated 4 people.

The home is good, quiet, and the internet is fast. The host is attentive and the location is close to bakery and small markets. The only downfall is that the building does not have an elevator, the AP being on the fifth floor. Would recommend !
