I was very satisfied.There were 12 of us (including 6 children), but we had a very comfortable stay.It was a big house that didn't feel like it was in the city center, and the kids seemed to enjoy it.All the facilities were newly renovated and easy to use.There were two shower rooms and one bathroom, but there were a lot of adults and children, so we used the nearby hot spring.

Matsue Castle is close, so it was very nice to walk and go, and it's nice to see the river right from the rooftop or the third floor. The interior facilities and cleanliness are very satisfactory. The stairs are a little steep, so children need to be careful. There are many restaurants and izakayas nearby, so it would be good for those who want these things to do, but you should take into account that it can be a little noisy even at dawn. The road is right in front of the door, so sometimes you can hear loud cars or people. But overall, I'm very satisfied, and I'm willing to stop by again next time.

The house is located such a convenient place where it's close to the city center (美観地区), but not many people passed by the street so we enjoyed the tranquility as well. Without exception, we were fascinated by the renovated rooms and its atmosphere of modern Japanese style. Clean and cozy, well-equipped kitchen and bath, all of us enjoyed the stay here. The host responds fast, and we were happy to receive a warm-welcome message. The offer for the Yukata was also great, we pretty much enjoyed the walk, wearing Yukata.
