The house was very nice. Mr. Seçkin thought of everything in all the details and we were able to reach everything we didn't need. It was spotless and safe, we stayed with 3 girlfriends comfortably. Since we arrived with our own vehicle, we did not have any transportation problems. The location is also very good. The proximity to the sea, the garden, the interior of the house were great. We mistakenly thought one of the mosquito repellents belonged to us, sorry, please, thank 🙏🏼 you so much, it was perfect.

A new and clean house greeted us in the center of Alaçatı. We had many amenities we needed. Since it is the center of the region, there is a little too much noise from the outside, especially on the ground floor, but overall we were quite satisfied.

Fall right in the middle of the room and Alaçata, close to both sides, close to the grocery store, close to the bakery, Melek, there were things like liquid, oil, and dishwashing detergent, which we didn't need to think about small things. It was a nice experience in the room.

Highly recommend if you want a quiet place with a view in a perfect location. Ms. Asli is an excellent host and sent every important detail about the house as a video. The interior of the house is beautifully designed. It's incredibly enjoyable to sit by the fireplace against the view. Thank you so much Ms. Asli. It was a very nice experience. Home away from home, excellent well equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, clothes washing machine, appliances. Comfortable beds and nice sheets, clean and compact with all one might need. The ground floor location is nice with outdoor table, lawn (and mulberries), and will be cool in summer. The home is surprisingly quiet. Very recommended.

The location of the place was close to everywhere. The house was cute and comfortable, the host, Mr. Bahri, welcomed us with a smile,everything was clean and tidy, we were satisfied. I think the only thing missing from the house is the lack of kitchen utensils. It would be better if there were small pots, a few large knives, a toaster and a small oven. For families with children, the toaster should be in every house. Generally, we loved the house and we were satisfied. In addition, it was very good to have a heater in the house for the winter, the house was warm.

The hosts live downstairs, they took good care of us from check-in to checkout. We were able to get a quick response to our questions. The garden is very well maintained and pleasant. We were able to take advantage of all the facilities in the garden. The house is sparkling clean. We stayed 4 people, but it is a large house, even 6 people can stay comfortably. It is a great advantage to have 2 bathrooms. The only negative is the sound of traffic to the front room when the window is open. A house we would want to stay in again if we go to Urla again.

I traveled with my wife and 1.5-year-old child. The entrance and interior were suitable for us. The garden was pleasant. It was within walking distance to the center and the necessities. It was located in a quiet neighborhood. The furniture in the house was sufficient. The high chair and crib we wanted for the baby were in place.

It was located close to the downtown area of Izumil, and it was very easy to sightsee. The room was clean, well-equipped, and I didn't feel any inconvenience during my stay. The host Doa was also very kind and answered questions within 10 minutes, and I was able to stay without any problems.

Vasiliki is a SUPER HOST. She lives up to her name. We could not have chosen a nicer place. Super clean. The view was spectacular. The neighborhood was quiet and within walking distance to many activities and sites. Her place was clean, neat and modern. We loved everything about this experience with her.

This is our second year staying here and we love it. Perfect for peace and quiet and right next to the sea. The accommodation has everything we need and the hosts Rena and Nikos are very friendly and helpful. The beach bar is five minutes walk if you want sun loungers and drinks and snacks, and Komi is 20 mins walk for restaurants, bars and a more vibrant beach. Would definitely recommend if you want a peaceful place to stay.
