Kid-friendly vacation rentals in İzmir

Everything about our stay at Alison’s was wonderful. She is an excellent host and communicated with us from the beginning of booking the trip, to the day we left. The house is beautiful, with a lovely peaceful garden to relax. We had everything we needed for our 3 day stay with our kids. The location is walking distance to the best restaurants and cafes. You can also walk to St. John’s. We would definitely stay again if we ever come back to visit Ephesus in the future

Our stay for 9 days was great. The view of the balcony and terrace was happy, especially at night, you can watch the stars very clearly, the area was little and very calm. The house was very beautifully designed, especially the kitchen was very useful. It was very nice to have both air conditioning and ceiling fans in the rooms, and the cabinets in the rooms were sufficient. We asked about the baby bed, Ms. Nese arranged it quickly, everything was ready when we arrived. The area is calm and nature is also close to the center. It is very close to the sea, there is both sand and shaded beach options. Özdere cukuralti beach for families with children is very nice, a little crowded, but pleasant. Thank you so much for making our holiday nice to Ms. Nese.

Despina was an amazing host. We checked in at 11pm at night because of a late flight and she was there to greet us which was so accommodating. They clean daily - so if you’re not interested in having someone come by then kindly ask them to forgo at check in. The airbnb is on a steep hill (which is classic for Greece) so did not bother me as I’ve been to Greece a lot. Just be aware if you are driving a car to make sure you’re comfortable with that. It was so nice having the beach and pool so close! Also have masticha trees on the route to the airbnb which was a treat. Nice clean space. The one bedroom downstairs does not have AC but the other two rooms do. Lots of space and it was great having bathrooms which tubs since we had an infant and did baths there. A rare find in Greece!

It was a vacation we enjoyed immensely. If the June price was like May, we would have stayed at least 10 more days. The location of the Miniq house is perfect, you are in the center of the town, it is extremely easy to reach everywhere on foot. From ice cream parlors to fish sandwich shops, from small shops to harbor restaurants, from the municipality to the hospital, from military social facilities to beaches, everything is right at your feet. The night view is another beauty. There's almost no traffic, just enough to hear the music at night. We wish everyone who reads this review a pleasant holiday in our Miniq home.

Great house with perfect condition. You can almost find anything you need while you staying. Silent and safety enviorement near the house. There are also few facilities existing but be careful to stay in peak season :) We stayed as two family and openly say everything is good about our accomidation.

Wow, the house is in a wonderful location and very quiet. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the garden invites you to linger. Communication worked very well and we were able to find the house quickly. In the village there are three restaurants serving typical Greek dishes. A car is necessary to get to the wonderful beaches on the west coast in 20 minutes.

We really enjoyed our five days in the cottage of Despoina and Ioannis. Even the way there, past mastic tree plantations, is very nice. The house is located above Vroulidia Beach with exceptional views of the bay and the sea. The beach is also within walking distance. The place is small and quiet, there are few houses in the area and the neighbors across the street are super nice. The terrace and garden are great to linger in, the spacious one-room house, with simple but well-equipped kitchen and separate bathroom, beautifully furnished. Despoina had even provided many delicious treats for the start. Communication with her was also very friendly, and fast, she gave many hints and tips for the house and surroundings; also summarized on site in a helpful manual. The area is really great: Pyrgi, Mesta, Avlonia (walking distance) etc. It's really worth it!

Erini made us feel right at home. We enjoyed the space as it felt very private and detached. The unit was equipped with everything that we needed. The outside garden was great to enjoy the summer nights and sea view.

The house was very clean, our host was very hospitable and very caring, all needs were considered. Only the entrance to the house was very narrow.

It was great to stay at Ertan's place. Located just 2 minutes from the lower level of Asansör (Historic Elevator Building), it's in a sweet vibrant neighborhood with cafes, restaurants and incredible sunsets from the top of Asansör. The apartment is very cozy and quiet, with a very comfortable bed and furniture and a fully equipped kitchen. Major sights like the bazaar and the waterfront are an easy (and inexpensive) taxi ride away. Ertan was extremely responsive and helpful. His mother, Hamate (?) was a delight to meet. She brought me delicious apple pastries on my first night. I'd highly recommend this sweet place.

It was a very peaceful, very sweet house. Especially the balcony and the view were great. It was immaculate, even the linens and clean towels were thought of. If we come to Izmir again, it is a house we would like to stay in safely again. We recommend it.👌🏻

Had a great 5-day stay at Argietta's Airbnb. It's a spacious one bedroom apartment with a balcony and just a stone’s throw from Chios's picturesque harbor. Though located right near the center of town in an area chock a block with restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, shops, pharmacies et al, the Airbnb is quiet and peaceful. I heard no noise at night or during the day for that matter. Argietta is a wonderful host, who is extremely responsive and makes you feel right at home. Any inquiry I had was responded to in just a few minutes, if not seconds. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Excellent location. Wonderful host. The place was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space, nice and clean and beautiful view. Niko was easy to reach and answered our questions quickly and helped with recommendations! We cannot say enough good things about the location and the host.

It was peaceful, Clean and comfortable.

The owner is so easy to work with and whenever i needed something, he was quick to respond and eager to solve any problem that i had throughout my stay. The location of the house is good, the house was clean when i arrived and everything was as described beforehand. The building and the surrounding of it is also safe. I recommend this place, and especially the owner to anyone looking for a managable place with good location

A delightful location where we’ve had the pleasure of watching the May full moon over the bay in front of the apartment and an awe inspiring 7-8 Beaufort storm at the Mavra Volia beach nearby. Also Vasiliki, the owner, was regularly in touch to make sure our stay is pleasant. Given the low season, there was construction going on right next to the apartment during the day and there’s limited to no horeca in the area. Our tips? Rent a car and enjoy driving by the lush mastic plantations, the Athena temple, the amazing mastic museum, freddo coffees and pastries at Armolia village Patisserie Perfect. No need to cook at home if you drive 4 minutes to Artemis family tavern. They’re open year round where Antony and Candy take care of you as if you’re family; exceptional hosts and cooks!

A very functional, spacious studio for two, with a pleasant balcony facing the sea. Smooth and easy communication with Angeliki, attentive and friendly. We had a pleasant stay, we recommend it.

Everything was impeccable and in a state of cleanliness and location! The welcome was very good from Mrs. Aggeliki who with her warm welcome, gave us some instructions for the places that are worth visiting. I highly recommend it!!
