The apartment is very well equipped, with pleasant decoration and had practically everything we needed. Kitchen utensils (we miss a baking dish to use in the oven), washer and dryer, iron, hairdryer, electric shower, etc. The internet is good and didn't go down once during the week we were there. There is also a good work desk and office chair in the same environment as the living/dining room, which has air-conditioning. The condominium in which the property is located is very quiet, safe and with good infrastructure. It is located in a region that is expanding and does not have many things around. There is a supermarket 1 km away and a convenience store in the condominium itself. Some things are in need of maintenance, but honestly nothing got in the way of our experience. The space is very nice and cozy.

Communication with Rei Lopes was great from the beginning to the end of the stay. He made recommendations and was always concerned about our well-being. Check-in was very easy and the instructions helped a lot. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a good stay. The only point that could improve is the clear communication that the third bedroom is outside the house and that the bathroom of the latter room does not have a shower stall and the ceiling is open, generating a certain discomfort with the possibility of insects entering. As there were only 5 of us, we were able to accommodate ourselves in the 2 internal rooms of the house and not use this last room. But I wonder if we were 3 couples thinking it would be 3 full suites, it would be a boring situation. But in our case, everything went well and we were very satisfied with the accommodation.

I loved the place!! Too bad I had to go back soon because my father-in-law needed me kkk, other than that the owner of the space was super nice and understanding!! A diva! I stayed with my family on the Easter holiday, the house is exactly as the photos show, super cozy place for you to feel at home anyway. The house offered bedding, bath, blankets, all clean and super organized. It has a washer if you need it. And we also received a treat from the host and also several tips for tours and places to visit. It really was all wonderful and for sure if we go back to the city we will stay in the same house. Just one addendum that I didn't respect Anderson: the values of the hotel's meals are salty rs, but it is very close to the center and there are many options for restaurants there. It was all very good, the cool environment, as announced, everything clean, organized. The neighborhood is very calm, it's what we were looking for! The impeccable instructions, we love Botucatu and the surroundings, trails and waterfalls, which is what we like to know!
