Were sensational days! Mr. Antônio's house is wonderful and very clean and organized. The attention he gave us since before the entrance and even after the exit was surreal. Can rent without fear, vcs will be enchanted! In the condominium, close to the house there is a court with a lane around which was great for running, and I did not do my physical activity. The house has everything you need for excellent lodging, we hope to be back soon!

The Guest House of Tania is a piece of paradise in the ES. Where you look is very green, places very well taken care of, contact with nature is lush and both Tania and the staff of the site are quite kind and willing to help. I had days of much relaxation with my family having outdoor coffee and enjoying the clean pool with plenty of green around. We also took a tour of the Dragon Route, indicated by Tania, which was worth it, as we had the opportunity to get to know the natural and historical beauties of the region.

We went to the family, 15 people in total and everyone loved the house in every respect, space, cleaning, good rooms and clean swimming pool. The attention we received from Marcela was wonderful at check in and check out. I leave here my thanks, thank you very much. And we will definitely be back.

This is not the first time we have stayed at Solar Santa Clara. Once again, we felt at home. Eduardo is a great host and Rodrigo, who takes care of the house, is very proactive. The house has also undergone improvements in the past year, making it even more comfortable. In addition to the complete leisure area and all the necessary utensils available, we are delighted by the beautiful view of the lagoon and the many fruit trees in the yard. The place is very nice, totally family environment, the other owners of the condominium always helpful, friendly, always leaving us at will. The house is cozy, all new, excellent linens and bathrooms. The only thing that was missing, I even commented with Gisele, they are blackouts in the windows in the bedrooms and a duplex refrigerator, then it would be totally 100%. In addition, as soon as it is, I intend to go back and I will recommend it to friends looking for a place to relax.

My stay at Juliana's place was great. In fact, as mentioned in comments below, the house surprises in person. It is wide, airy and was clean. It has a very good structure and allows everyone to be well accommodated. We had complications due to an overload of energy in Guarapari, but this did not hinder the stay. On the contrary, we were able to adjust what she gave and Juliana was super attentive. It's close to the beach and has some amenities nearby. I highly recommend it and would stay again.

It helps a lot in everyday life, but it is very well equipped! The house is very close to Bacutia beach and you can walk there - maximum 10 minutes. The path during the day is quiet, but at night it is quite deserted and ideally needs to be reached by car. There is a market, a beverage distributor nearby and it is next to Meaipe, which has a good structure of restaurants. It is 10 km from Guarapari. One difference was Gabrielle's service, who was always super helpful! She always helped us with everything we needed, even when we needed the sheets she promptly helped us. He cleared up all the doubts, sent all the tips and points about the house. The house has a great space for the kids and we took our pet who felt super comfortable!

Angélica super solicit and polite. It guided me right about everything. The only difficulty I found was being a little further from the beach and needing a car to go, but in general, a nice house, clean, smelling, it was very good our stay. We would definitely return.

The house we stayed beyond beautiful and clean, had a beautiful decoration and very good furniture. Which made us very comfortable.
