The ground floor apartment is large and with everything it takes to spend pleasant days. The neighborhood is very polite and the location is close to universities, pharmacy, supermarket (next door) and good restaurants. I certainly intend to return.

We rented the house for the holiday with friends and it was really a find! Excellent location, great restaurants, bars, beach close to the house.. The house is super equipped, it had everything we needed, even netflix haha, we love it! Of course there are new opportunities we will return more often!!

Elaine is an amazing host, with a contagious energy that makes all the difference in the stay. The location is excellent, with easy access, no dirt roads and very close to the condominium entrance. The residents of the condominium are extremely friendly, responsive and welcoming. The house has a wonderful energy and is fully equipped, especially the kitchen, which has all the necessary utensils. The leisure area is simply sensational, perfect for family moments. I felt extremely welcomed, it was one of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had in a stay. I've never been so well received and I've never been in such a clean and well-sanitized Airbnb environment. I'll definitely come back more often! My family and I felt at home.

We had a wonderful experience at Mrs. Rosa! From the first moment, we were greeted with so much attention and affection that we felt at home. The house is even more beautiful and cozy than in the photos — full of details that show care and good taste. The atmosphere is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beach in comfort and tranquility. The house is very simple but it met our needs well. Pool and location are a great differential that was worth a lot. The service and attention of Alessandra also counted a lot. It was a great weekend.

We really enjoyed the stay, a beautiful view, cozy, good space for pets, great barbecue space, electric pans, anyway... we recommend it and we'll be back.

The location of the house is really good, however, the beach is on the other side of the track, I managed to walk peacefully, but if you are going with an elderly person or person with mobility difficulties, go by car. The hostess was extremely polite, attentive and we did not wait a second waiting to arrive to give us the key. The pool space and barbecue are fantastic, very spacious and the kitchen very well equipped with utensils for a quick stay. Point of Attention: The last room has many mattresses, but the mattresses were wet, musty and with a very strong odor, in one of the rooms it had a dead cockroach already very dry, demonstrating that it was not swept a few days ago. I do not think I should take points from the stay for these reasons above, as I was in fact very well received, but these are points that the owners should note as they are charged a cleaning and service fee. It would not accommodate 13 people with the mattresses under these conditions, impossible to use.

We had a great stay at Claudia’s villa , it’s a gated community of 7 villas only , a prime location , close to everything, very secured and calm . The house was very relaxing and charming, and had everything we needed for cooking. We’ll come back whenever I’m in SP.

Wlander was extremely empathetic to us. My wife got dengue fever days before the trip, and even though the reservation was non-refundable and there was no time to put other guests in place, he refunded us 100% of the amount. This demonstrates the character and level of trust we can have in hosts like this. As soon as possible we will make the trip and we will definitely stay in Wlander's space!

We love the stay. Super attentive Antonio, I responded whenever I needed it. The place is literally just across the avenue and it's already beach.. pity we only stayed 2 nights kkk nor did we want to leave kk. The only problem is that there are no screens on the windows and balcony. For those with a small child it must be difficult kkk mine is already 7 years old, so it's quieter.. Otherwise, I highly recommend it! ❤️
