We really enjoyed the stay, we were very well received by Fabiola and Mr. Marcelo. Property well located, close to the main square and to the beach. We love it!

Everything can be summarized with the legend of a painting in the apartment: "Meu Paraiso é onde estou". Beautiful flat in a dream place!! The best benefits of a 5 Star Resort....but no people!! And a stunning beach a meters away. A real paradise!! Impossible not to come back!!!

Lucas' apartment is wonderful, as is his and Camila's service. We were very happy with how well located the accommodation is, organized and with all the necessary utensils for days of comfort! The condominium is also great, with a new structure and friendly and diligent staff. Everything is very true to the photos! Being able to take our dog was the extra we needed to enjoy the days in Itacimirim even more! We highly recommend it!

As a foreigner, it fulfilled the main thing, safety. My wife and my 8 and 10 year old children felt safe at all times. It is a private and very safe condominium, the facilities of the place, its restaurant and direct and private access to the spectacular beach. On the other hand, the apartment is what you see in the photos, it complies with the stipulations and more, the air conditioning and the kitchen work perfectly, the bathrooms are very clean. The only moderately low point was the small beds in one room, very hard, it needs to renew the mattress, but it didn't affect my stay at all, it was 10 wonderful days. For foreigners like me, it's important to rent a vehicle since the supermarkets are approximately 3 kilometers away and obviously other tourist attractions. In short, the best place I have stayed in Brazil and it is already my 8th trip. I would clearly repeat the destination and above all the apartment, which is 100%.

Nothing to complain about. What was missing in the description of the notice is that the condominium offers in the pool area an ice machine and filtered water. The place is perfect especially for those who come with children

We loved staying at Ronnay’s house. The house itself is very nice and well equipped, specially the kitchen. The bbq area and lookout tower added a lovely touch. The town, Imbassai, is so lovely and the house is perfectly located to explore the area. All in all a great stay!

We had a wonderful experience in this stay! I went with my whole family and it was days of a lot of rest and fun. The house is super comfortable, spacious and has all the amenities that make the stay even more practical and pleasant. The pool is excellent, perfect for relaxing, and the view is simply beautiful! The condominium is safe, which gave us even more peace of mind during the trip. The hosts, Irlande and Manoel, are really great people, very helpful, always available to meet our requests and needs, resolving everything quickly and efficiently. They were unforgettable days and, without a doubt, we intend to return soon. We highly recommend it!

Delighted from the first contact. Vitor responds quickly and removes all questions in a kind and enlightening manner. The house is a real spectacle. Aconchegante, functional, super comfortable, modern and clean. The place is complete, with barbecue, cooking utensils, TVs at will, various environments to socialize, nets for napping, beach chair, even stand up paddle had. In addition, the house has a wonderful deck for breakfast or even sunbathing with the look. The lagoon is a show apart. Limpa, surrounded by a green area, totally private, and motor boat or jet ski is not allowed (which helps with cleanliness and silence). It has a wonderful restaurant nearby (which can also be accessed by the lagoon) and is also close to the beach of the fort, where it has good restaurants and nightlife. We are completely delighted with this stay. I recommend 1,000%

We were in a group of 9 adults, 2 children and 1 baby. Val's house is spacious, well decorated and very well maintained. Front sea, a very good pool and a hot tub on the 3rd floor. All bedrooms and upstairs living room are air-conditioned. All Val's employees were very friendly and our stay was perfect! I will return and recommend!

Our stay was impeccable! The house offers a true standard of luxury, with high-end finishes, elegant decor and an extremely comfortable atmosphere. The gourmet space and the pool are a highlight in themselves. The rooms are spacious, well ventilated and very well equipped, providing peaceful and comfortable nights of sleep. The condominium is safe and has a complete infrastructure with: swimming pool, fitness center, sports courts and leisure areas for all ages. Despite all the glamor, the great differential of our stay was the cook Cléia. She gave us the best dining experience we've ever had on a trip. Each meal was made with affection, flavor and care, we felt pampered and special, an exceptional professional, she treated us like children with a rare dedication to be found.

The place is fabulous, very clean, safe, quiet, and with a perfect structure, parking, giant pool, sauna, and ice machine. The apartment is complete, equipped kitchen, beach chairs and umbrella available and the marmosets always came to say good morning. Things we weren't used to compared to other Airbnbs are paying for the energy and bedding. Otherwise, we had a good stay, very clean and revitalized beach.

Great moments, the location is amazing, in the heart of Alameda de Praia do Forte, in front of Igrejinha and easy to access, plenty of privacy and without bureaucracy and inconvenience to access the accommodation. The residential complex is all very well maintained, common areas are always very clean, discreet and helpful concierge staff, safe location, with 02 parking spaces. The view and location are sensational, despite 3 days of rain, we were able to enjoy it, the residence has all the main necessary utensils and the equipment and appliances are all functional. Without detracting from the quality of the property, our stay and our satisfaction, we recommend the following: have a greater number of bath towels; face towels and also cloths; separate the garbage in the residential area and schedule the repair of a small leak in time (justified by the amount of rain). We only have praise and thanks for the host, we recommend it.

The stay was wonderful! The view of the apartment is amazing both to see the nature and to see the pool of the condominium, which is beautiful. Everything happened as described and detailed by Mr. Natalicio, who was extremely committed and always interested in knowing if we needed anything or if everything was going well. From the beginning, he was willing to help us, including with the arrival, due to the bad flight time. It was beyond expectations with their support, attention and concern for every detail. The location fully matched what was advertised. The amount of towels, linens (extras), everything clean and organized. We were surprised by items such as board games, books, rackets, boards, chairs, a hat, etc. The house is well equipped, with all appliances in perfect condition for everyday use. The condominium is excellent: organized, clean and with many leisure options, as described. The beach in front is excellent and has a more reserved atmosphere, which was great for our experience. The only point to consider is the air-conditioning, which makes a little more noise than normal
