Great moments, the location is amazing, in the heart of Alameda de Praia do Forte, in front of Igrejinha and easy to access, plenty of privacy and without bureaucracy and inconvenience to access the accommodation. The residential complex is all very well maintained, common areas are always very clean, discreet and helpful concierge staff, safe location, with 02 parking spaces. The view and location are sensational, despite 3 days of rain, we were able to enjoy it, the residence has all the main necessary utensils and the equipment and appliances are all functional. Without detracting from the quality of the property, our stay and our satisfaction, we recommend the following: have a greater number of bath towels; face towels and also cloths; separate the garbage in the residential area and schedule the repair of a small leak in time (justified by the amount of rain). We only have praise and thanks for the host, we recommend it.

Maria Luiza's apartment, in addition to being very well-equipped and clean, is in the best spot, in my opinion, of Praia do Forte. Close to absolutely EVERYTHING, easy to find and above all a great spot for those who want to do everything on foot. The condominium is very clean, the staff is attentive and it is very safe. The pool is delightful and is right in front of the beach, you can go down from the outdoor area. I will certainly stay there again when I return to Praia do Forte.

You can't not not give 5 stars for this wonderful hosting in a strategic location. Maria Teresa is an angel. Polite and attentive. She always responded quickly to inquiries and was always willing to guide us. The very friendly staff, mainly Marimar and S. Adailton. Wonderful pool, very beautiful green area and spacious, comfortable and smelling house. I even wanted to live. Thank you for those amazing days!

Without a doubt, the best property I've ever been able to stay in Imbassai for so many times I've been. Wonderful location close to the river, the beach and restaurants without needing a car. A sensational view. Apartment super equipped with everything you can imagine, from an electric barbecue to several games for family fun. I will definitely be back very soon as it was worth every penny paid for this stay. SUPER RECOMMEND!!!!

We had wonderful days at José's place. Super clean and well-equipped apt. It has everything we need. Airy and in front of the pool. Safe condominium and excellent gym. The structure of the beach that serves the condominium is about 25 minutes on foot, so being by car is the best option, in addition to making it easier to get to the beach of the fort or other beaches. Hostess answers all questions quickly and is always ready to help. We'll be back for sure.

The place is fabulous, very clean, safe, quiet, and with a perfect structure, parking, giant pool, sauna, and ice machine. The apartment is complete, equipped kitchen, beach chairs and umbrella available and the marmosets always came to say good morning. Things we weren't used to compared to other Airbnbs are paying for the energy and bedding. Otherwise, we had a good stay, very clean and revitalized beach.

We have no words for our stay! Everything was impeccable and certainly the best experience I've ever had. Very attentive host, we really liked the apartment, very comfortable and met our needs very well. The Condominium is well wooded and nestled in nature (which for me is the strong point). In the pool area there is a restaurant that served us very well, which is a super positive point, since the condominium is a 17-minute walk or 5-minute bike ride to the village of Praia do Forte, as driving to the village is impractical. Anyway, we really enjoyed the accommodation and if it is available on our trips to this region we will certainly return several times.

Excellent, we were very satisfied, very cozy, everything very well cleaned, well-equipped kitchen, very good size, quite comfortable. Quiet and safe condominium. As for the host, Leandro, very helpful, he responded to us quickly. We only have compliments and recommend it without so much as a second thought. As for the distance from the village, about 1km, we went and came back walking, we only left by car for more distant beaches.
