Very beautiful house and well located. It is located at the beginning of Joa, so it is very easy to get to. Sylvia has always been very willing to help and in the few moments we need some help in the house she helped us quickly. Neuzete's place is better than the photos. City has everything in the house, what we need to use has been found. Clean Pool, excellent Gourmet area, extremely clean, organized and functional house. We don't need to use the air-conditioning, but it's a big difference just like the TV in the bedroom suite. Cleaning goods, toilet paper, even soap had, bedding that seemed to be in a hotel, all very good. The house is wide inside and out, the balcony is covered and airy, as well as all parts of the house, allowing people to stay “out of the house” even with rain. The energy of the house is tasty, very green and very well decorated. Super functional home office area. It also has a bathroom with safety bar for our "children". The sympathy of Neuzete and Marcos is something apart, very attentive and available for any need. We were greeted with a toast chocolate and a tour of the whole house, with all the information. Easy location and close to commerce.

It is fantastic hide away near Rio de Janeiro, making you feel like being on an island of peace but its just 1 hr and 15 min from the Zona Sul of Rio de Janeiro. The beach is very close, 50 meters, and it is pristine. Great for waves and just chilling. The neighborhood is safe and peaceful, and a good supermarket not far away. The house itself is a dream, so well decorated, planned, clean and functional. And the garden like a small part of paradise and so well maintained. Alcilene, the host was always very kind, responsive and supportive. We will hopefully be back again, and can totally recommend it all!

Whoever opts for this house for the photos will not regret it, as the house is still better than in the pictures. We were in 20 people and everyone loved the place. No one wanted to leave. The house, besides being very comfortable, has a lot of kitchen utensils that helps a lot for those who like to cook. In short, we really feel at home. Selenia is a 1000 note host. Always responding quickly and still making itself available to the guests to resolve any questions anytime. We love the weekend in this very special place and intend to go back. Our stay at Marcia's place was amazing! Starting with the location that is right at the entrance of the city in a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood. The house is beautiful, beautifully decorated and organized in addition to super comfortable! It has all the necessary kitchen items, TV with several apps, large and comfortable beds! The outdoor area is also great with BBQ and ofuro that unfortunately we do not enjoy much due to the bad weather! All as it says in the advertisement! We only had a small problem on arrival with the house alarm that took a while to be solved but Marcia was super gentle and requests after what happened! We hope to return to this house where we spent delicious moments! Super recommend

The house was a great choice given that we were in a group of 14 people including children. The kitchen of the house is large and you can also cook in the gourmet area. The gourmet area offers you everything from bathrooms with showers to attractions like a pool table, a fireplace and a good TV to watch a movie. Without counting the barbecue and the pizza oven that will allow you to provide a real gastronomic exp. without leaving home - the utensils were great. The backyard of the house is super wide, with fruit trees and Tbm with a turtle that became a children's attraction. André and Simone have always been very attentive in communication providing detailed information about what we could expect from the stay. We organize ourselves in the 6 available rooms, all with new furniture and comfortable beds. The place is very quiet and is close to BR-493. The house really is wonderful - it was great to spend our five days there.

The beautiful house is not the beautiful house by chance. The house is really BEAUTIFUL! Super well-structured, spacious and airy. Several pleasant environments and the host, Regina received us super well and full of pampering. It was worth it despite the rain. We'll be back for sure!

Casa Ohana is very cozy, all according to the photos, beautiful, clean, pleasant and has all the utensils for a great stay !! The place is very quiet and has everything close, as a bakery and storage besides being close to square 70 and the waterfront. Super recommended for those who want to spend a few days in Itaipuaçu.

I had an amazing stay on this Airbnb in Ponta Negra, Maricá! The house is a real find, situated in a quiet area with stunning views of the lagoon. The property is exactly as described: clean, spacious and equipped with almost everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The outdoor area is fantastic, especially the pool and the barbecue space, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Daiane was extremely attentive and receptive, making sure everything was perfect during our stay. The beach is less than five minutes walk away, and it looked like a little piece of paradise from us. Overall, it was great experience. I highly recommend to those looking to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of that area of Maricá. Sure, I'll be back!
