Beach house vacation rentals in Istria

The four of us had a wonderful time at Milka's and Igor's house. The swimming coves are fantastic, but we mostly visited them by car, and on the property the insane vegetable garden, where we 🍅 enjoyed the most delicious tomatoes as well as peppers, zucchini etc. The outdoor shower was also particularly great and that we were surrounded by green countryside.

Natasa went to great lengths to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The accommodation was nice and clean and services were offered that are not self-evident for an accommodation. The pool and jacuzzi were cleaned daily and bath towels were offered clean (upon request). Upon arrival we were welcomed with local wines and cakes and during the stay we received treats offered by Natasa. In short, she went out of her way to give us a top vacation.

We had two very pleasant nights. Evjezdana was very welcoming, recommended restaurants and activities to us. The apartment is very comfortable, refurbished, very clean and very well equipped. The bedding is particularly comfortable. Thanks, we'll be back.

Super, wonderful place!

We had a lovely stay. Ondina is very accommodating. The sea can be reached in less than 5 minutes. We highly recommend it!

The stay was very nice. We know the place on the island very well and felt at home from the first moment. You can relax in the stone house and its surroundings.

Petra and Peter are experienced and very nice hosts. The place was as pictured, super clean and in a great location. Day check-in via key box was super easy. On the second day, we met briefly and got some local tips. We will be happy to come back!

When we booked Klaudia’s place a few months ago, Cres was just a name on a map—but what we found was a hidden gem. Beli village is truly special: full of soul, history, and wild, untouched beauty. We hiked through ancient olive groves, swam in quiet coves, and watched griffon vultures soaring overhead. The nature here is unforgettable. The house was perfect for a relaxing family holiday. Our children loved the jacuzzi, and we enjoyed meals out on the terrace every day, blessed with beautiful weather. Aaron was so kind and helpful—waiting up for us when we arrived late and helping with our bags. And thank you to Klaudia for checking in when we missed the last ferry from Brestova. (A tip for future guests: check ferry schedules in advance—we didn’t, and had to drive an extra 1.5 hours in the dark to Valbiska. Thankfully, we still made it across.) We came looking for rest and are leaving with full hearts. Thank you for sharing your lovely place with us.

We had a great time at Lana's place. Lana is a very accommodating and nice hostess who even provided us with snacks and pastries upon arrival. There was nothing missing. The house is very well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The pool was of course also a highlight and the nearby bays are very beautiful.

Aleksandra is a very attentive host. During the stay, my sister-in-law had her birthday and received cake and wine. Very nice! The house is very cozy with a great terrace! Now it was not so hot, but in summer the garden with several terraces is a true paradise with swimming pool. There is also a lot of toys provided, very child-friendly hostess! We felt at home in this vacation home. It is very quiet.

We really enjoyed our stay here over 11 nights. It has everything you could need within walking distance, restaurants, shops, bars, beaches, coastline, city centre, and little peninsulas to explore. We didn’t have a car and didn’t feel like we needed one once. As others have said Boro the housekeeper is available if you need anything, and keeps the pool area spotless. Inside the house is very spacious and comfortable, with plenty of things in the kitchen to cook with. If we ever find ourselves in Pula again I wouldn’t hesitate to return!

Very nice house, insanely much space for several guests, wonderful. Amenities are more than sufficient for a vacation rental. A short walk to the sea. You walk a little longer into the city, but a small supermarket is just around the corner. Check-in was personal and everything was shown. I would be happy to come back.

Rarely experienced such a welcoming host. The house was perfect, modern, super clean. Unfortunately, the shade cloths broke after heavy rainfall. Valentina her father came to take it away and immediately invited us to taste his homemade liqueur, fantastic. On the day of departure, Valentina also came with her mother. Also done together with fathers a cheers to the beautiful time in Banjole. And the taxi driver is waiting, but also in this, these inhabitants of Croatia are thoughtful. The driver just wait a moment. On the day of departure, we were allowed to stay longer because our flight went in the evening. This was also a big plus! Any questions we had during our 2 week stay were answered quickly and pleasantly by Valentina. I would recommend this beautiful house to anyone. We had rented bikes for 1 week. 2 Days a car. Further hiking in the neighborhood and visited the beaches (pebble). Conclusion: Had a great holiday with our friends. Thanks Valentina and parents 🤩

We were here with the whole family and everyone was happy and satisfied. It is a very nice house where the children are offered a lot of activities. It wasn't boring for a second. The chickens did not disturb but were welcome guests. Sandra was always available for questions and gave us great tips. The location is more than optimal. No matter which direction, everything is quickly accessible and there is a lot to do everywhere. All in all: a clear recommendation.

i highly recommend everyone to spend their vacation at this place. the communication with the host works very well and the apartment also looks exactly like the pictures. we were in Croatia for the first time this year and definitely did everything right with this apartment.

we had some bad luck with the weather, all the more we could enjoy the great house. In addition to the air conditioning, the house has several electric wall heaters for the cold weather. The pool was 18°C upon arrival, the heating would have heated it to 25°C in a few days. Due to a local power outage, we had problems with the internet, which the landlord fixed within a very short time. The amenities are of high quality. Conclusion: we'd love to come back

The simple, old farmhouse was to our taste. We enjoyed the tranquility and the proximity to nature of the garden and the still rural environment. We were also very lucky with the weather and were able to grill wonderful fish several times from the market in Labin in the garden. The wifi works perfectly and in the kitchen you will find everything you need for the simple kitchen. Piero and his mother were always helpful, thank you for the fine olive oil! A good starting point for excursions or just relaxing, we hope to come back!

Our family of four had a great week at Maya‘s guesthouse. We loved the private backyard with nice garden, heated pool and jacuzzi. The small house has everything we needed and there is a good outdoor kitchen as well. The beach is a few minutes away and at least in fall there are good chances that you have it for yourself. There are hiking trails to the secluded northern part of the island steps away from the house as well. The communication with Maja is easy and very friendly.

This place is gorgeous and clean, in a peaceful, stunning location. The house is really well-outfitted for a family or group. Unlike so many rentals, the home is equipped with extra towels, spices (not just salt & pepper), cooking utensils, and and the things you need. Josipa is a great communicator: super responsive and helpful and she even lent us bikes for our stay. Thank you!

The house was super clean, we had plenty of space . The view from the terrace was very nice. The location is perfect Beaches are close to, as are a restaurant and shopping. Ivana was very nice and helpful. She reserved us a table in the restaurant We felt very comfortable and can only recommend the house and would book it again at any time. Thank you!

Thanks for a great stay. We enjoyed the days and the proximity to the sea very much. The beach house is super located and well-equipped. Only one coffee maker was missing. The kitchen was well equipped and the house could be climbed well, which was very pleasant. We were extremely positively surprised by the outdoor shower, which we liked to use. The location was perfect, walking to Piran(15 minutes on foot)right next to the sea was very nice every evening. All in all: clean, nice apartment in good location. Nice contact. Anja's place was great. There were four of us and there was enough room. The apartment is fully equipped and we didn't lack anything. Anja was always available and helped us with our car with minor difficulties. There are beautiful excursion destinations that were easily accessible by car. Restaurants and shopping centers are also easily accessible. We were able to enjoy our holiday to the fullest and were very satisfied.
