Uncomplicated, very friendly. Great ocean views, short distances to the center. Since we were there in early-mid October, the place is already quite quiet and not everything is open, but if you like peace and quiet, it's just the right thing. Lukas' mom lives next door and welcomed us with a bowl full of freshly picked tangerines. Very nice!

Very friendly Host. Gordana and her husband are such nice persons. I would recommend this appartment. Everything was very clean and like the description. For us its a 5 of 5.

The Blue Doors apartment was comfortable & cozy. The only drawback was the narrow 28 steps to apartment but once you got your luggage up, it was ok going up & down during the day, not for anyone w/walking problems. Although we ate all meals out, the kitchen was well equipped for light cooking. On the ground floor was another kitchen with a larger cooktop & oven, as well as washer & dryer. Our first day we had a problem regulating the shower water temperature, since we weren't used to European fixtures. Once we were shown how to turn the hot/cold knob on the left firmly towards us, we could control temperature. But you had to be quick, as water heater only held enough hot water for about a 10 min shower. It had to refill (10 mins) before next shower. No big deal-time management needed!! The rooftop terrace was just as pictured but again narrow staircase. It was refreshing to sit up there. Maja told us about Scuba for dinner/delicious. It was very quiet in evening. Enjoyed our stay.

Gorgeous little house just outside Umag. Two minutes stroll to the sea and a couple of restaurants/beach bars. The house comes with an SUP and two bikes which was great. We drove into Umag most evenings for dinner where there are loads of restaurants, we particularly liked the ones along the sea front. We also drove to Rovinj which is beautiful and Porec. We felt Umag was nicely off the beaten track, away from other busy places in August.

Beautiful apartment. It doesn't look that big in the photos. Two huge bedrooms. Additionally, a living room and kitchen with dining room are available. Beautiful terrace with another table. A gas grill is available. Top-notch kitchen facilities. Not only standard dishes but also practical things: foil, baking paper, etc. Fruit was waiting for us. For children, sweet croissants, but also something for the evening 😏 in the bathroom, washing machine + cubes.

Beautiful accommodation much more beautiful than in the photos, very equipped large kitchen, the house has all the comforts possible, TV in the living room with Netflix, TV in the rooms, coffee machine with attached pods, pool towels, courtesy set in the bathroom and much more. Wonderfully quiet village, everything within walking distance (supermarket, bakery, restaurants). Within 10 minutes on the beach (for which you get a parking pass from Davor) and in Rovinj. Beautiful centrally located in Istria. If you are looking for tranquility and want to get away from the busy tourist spots, you are in the right place. Before, it is available daily for maintenance at the garden, etc., and is always available for questions or a chat. We had a lovely stay and will definitely be back!

A beautiful setting and a beautiful stay. We felt right at home and would go back in a heartbeat. Nice apartment and nice balcony with fantastic views. A quiet neighborhood where you can completely relax. Nice swimming pool and good sun loungers! We were warmly welcomed by the host and happily recommend this location to others.

I can recommand Dragans place, as he is a great host, the place with pool is really nice and there is so much do do and explore in this area! I will come again!

We stayed for the weekend and I fully recommend it. Greate specious place with private pool and very close to the beach. Host is super responsive and helpful.

What a fabulous home. So spacious and with every facility you could imagine. We were welcomed on check in by Hiru who was very helpful and again on check out. She was always available if required. The house was amazing and whilst a taxi ride from the town, still had a shop and a few restaurants within meters. Would definitely recommend staying here - great for a family or group of friend.

Great spacious apartment with large terrace, beautiful garden with pool in a quiet location. You can reach Fazana and Plodine in a few minutes by car. Everything was very clean. Washing machine, hair dryer and much more available. Air conditioning is only in the living room. All the windows have blinds. In the bedroom, however, blackout curtains would be advantageous to darken it better. No dishwasher and no toaster. Next door is another small apartment, with which you share the garden/pool. We can recommend the apartment to anyone.

We really enjoyed our stay! Petra (co-host) is very hospitable, friendly and communicative. She welcomed us, explained everything, recommended places to visit and eat. The accomodation is located in beautiful location, near the sea and pine forest. Thank you again. :)

The apartment is a two-minute walk from the sea, you can see the sea from the terrace. The city center of Pula is very well served by bus and there is a shopping mall within walking distance. Parking is easily possible in the courtyard. The apartment has everything it needs.

We had a very nice time in Pula. A very nice landlady who always had tips for us or spoiled us with delicious food. The apartment has everything you need. A beautiful little beach could be reached in a few minutes' drive. So everything is fine.

Functional apartment within walking distance of the sea. It's a 10-minute walk to the city center. Shops within five minutes. Convenient parking. Well-maintained house and garden.

The location of the accommodation is perfect - a private beach is right next to it, the village is a 5-minute walk away and wonderful walking paths are very close. The hosts were easily accessible and when something in the apartment didn't work, the problem was promptly resolved. The kitchen is very, very well equipped - everything you need for cooking is there. Sveta Marina is a very quiet place and you can relax well here. We would happily come back.

This is a spacious apartment with beautiful balcony view. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything needed for cooking. It’s just 5 mins walk to the beach and 7mins drive to the center of Rovinj. Lara is friendly and responsive host. I’d definitely return!

Our stay was really incredibly beautiful. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is wonderful. The beach is right next to the property. Beautiful walks can be taken there. The bus takes you to the old town in just 10 minutes. Also a shopping center is only a 2-minute walk away. All in all, it was a great vacation.
