Great location, fantastic view and lovely pool & facilities

Mirjana and her daughter welcomed us warmly and we felt comfortable right from the start. Every wish was fulfilled and the communication went smoothly, above all you can drive from the location to places like Pula, Rovinj, Porec and that within 20-30min. We will come back 100% and it was breathtakingly beautiful, especially the villa and the pool which is also heated were just WOW! Better than the pictures, we had an incredible vacation and we were also greeted with delicious food and homemade bread in the villa that were ready for us. Just as Mirjana and her daughter have an incredibly delicious restaurant just 2-3 houses away, which has an incredible atmosphere and the food deserves every star. We thank you very much and can only advise you to book this place!

Jadranka’s house is located in a very quiet and peaceful area. It is the perfect place to relax and have a break from the daily life. The communication was very smooth and Jadranka warmly welcomed us in person. A few things to keep in mind: you need a car to access the house and explore the surroundings. The house is well equipped, but don’t forget to bring your own basic products (salt, pepper, olive oil, detergent for the laundry). The swimming pool will help you cool down on warm days (even if the air conditioning in the house is already a big plus!). Overall a very nice stay!

Absolutely stunning location with access to the beach for swimming or a walking path to town. About a 5 minute walk to a bar/restaurant on the water or a 20 minute walk to Piran. The description does not lie — quite a steep hike from the parking lot to the house, especially with luggage. Definitely bring mosquito repellant if you want to sit outside.

We spent five two weeks at the house. All rooms, bathrooms and kitchen were very clean and well furnished. You felt right at home. The possibility to bathe in the pool at any time is perfect. This is not huge, but you can swim there comfortably. The kitchen was well equipped so extra cutting boards or knives are superfluous. For a stay of two weeks, all beds were made once again. Otherwise, several very good restaurants can be found in the immediate vicinity on foot. In the village itself there is a small bakery, as well as a greengrocer. The next larger supermarkets are then all in Umag themselves (Konzum, Lidl, Kaufland, ...). Conclusion: Very nice stay!

Lea’s place is amazing and I felt right at home on my first day. She was very helpful, I stayed for a couple months and she made sure I was comfortable. The apartment is bigger than the photos and the terrace is amazing. It’s a beautiful home with great views. It’s safe and quiet and not far from the beach (about a 15-20 minute walk). There are a number of restaurants, coffee shops, and a grocery store nearby. There’s also a bus stop right outside the front door which is helpful. I would move in if I could! 😊
