Vacation rentals in Isla Plata

The location of the apartment was beautiful and all staff was very helpful and friendly. The kitchen was well stocked and the apartment was clean. The golf carts running at each hour to transport us to the beach or marina was convenient as this place is located on top of a very high hill.

We had a great time at Playa Flamingo. The view from the balcony during the sunsets was amazing. We love that it was an easy walk to the beach and the marina. The condo had every we needed. Thanks for hosting us. Hoping life will bring us again in playa flamingo.

This was our 4th stay at Presidencial Suites 24. It truly is our home away from home in Playa Flamingo, CR. It's so spacious, clean, well maintained & EXTREMELY comfortable. We LOVE IT ALL: The AMAZING View, the comfy beds, the SMART TV's & cold AC's. Unlike a lot of vacation rentals that often provide the bare minimum, this condo's HUGE kitchen is well equipped for cooking (cooktop, oven, microwave, full size frig) & entertaining. There are plenty of pots & pans, matching plates/ dishes, serving dishes, flatware, glassware (from small glasses to beer mugs to wine glasses & even brandy snifters) & coffee cups (small, medium & our favorite big coffee mugs!). Of course, you can always eat out at variety of restaurants (several within 5-10 min walk) & many more just a short drive. We enjoyed the 2 beautiful community pools, where we met some condo owners that were very friendly. We also met other guests who, like us, can only dream of one day owning at Presidencial Suites.

Very beautiful home. The view and the pool are worth every penny. The hosts were so helpful. We landed during several days of severe rain. The host gave us very helpful driving tips to get us from the Liberia airport to the house location. The Monkey Trail was washed out so we needed to take the bridge at the Congo Trail Canopy Tour Location. This is NOT a route you will see on Google Maps and travelers usually find this out the hard way apparently. 5-10 minute drive from playa flamingo and Brasilito beaches. 30ish minutes to Tamarindo and Playa Grande. Personally, I am very glad we did not stay in Tamarindo. If you are looking for peace, quiet, and a bit of nature, I recommend staying in this area. Tamarindo is a very busy town. There are two phenomenal restaurants near the house - Gracias and La Vid. Both were exceptional. 10/10 would stay here again.

Exceptional 1-week stay at a very special place. Little "duplex" casitas (full houses too) w/ private, large, outdoor covered patios, scattered about a luscious tropical, property originally designed & planted by Italians 30 years ago. Huge, gorgeous pool. Chet & Liseth's place stands out for how tasteful it is & well-equipped. Gourmet cooks: there's even an air-fryer & reverse-osmosis water filtering. And the best bed we've slept in (king!), as we've visited Costa Rica for 15 years. The Villages is a "planned community" - so perhaps not everyone's cup-of-tea. But it's a spectacular & soothing oasis to return to after a hard day at the beach !

Our stay at this Vera Vista was nothing short of magical! Nestled in the hills with epic views stretching across the lush landscape, overlooking the ocean bay, the villa offered the perfect retreat for our family, including our teen children. The lounging spaces were spacious and inviting, ideal for spending quality time together. The infinity pool was relaxing with a great outdoor sound system and bbq where we could relax and unwind. The concierge service was outstanding, making our stay seamless and stress-free. From sourcing incredible in-home chefs to offering spot-on recommendations and directions to the beach which was 5 minutes away, they ensured we had everything we needed. Their support with villa logistics was invaluable. This villa exceeded our expectations in every way, and we will return! Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for a luxurious and immersive Costa Rican escape.

This place is definitely a must stay when coming to Costa Rica the views were amazing and the place was beautiful. Definitely need a 4x4 and I would recommend to arrive during daylight hours so that you can find the place easily we drove up at night so visibility was limited but once we started driving back and forth to the store or restaurants it was easy to find our way. Use Waze instead of google as google had us driving the long way. The hosts were super responsive and very welcoming. This place has everything you need for cal relaxing stay with views to die for. Will be recommending to friends and family!
